The grey-haired old lady is absolutely unfriendly. They left right away. We were given the phrase Now turn around and wash your shoes again.

It's unbelievable.

Location, facilities, feeling were good. Check-in late at night. Until 11 o'clock free coffee from the vending machine. The room was clean, but the bathroom was a little small. The rooms overall were OK. The price was great for a three-room.

It's all right.

They didn't respect a reservation made in July for October of two rooms, we got to the hostel and they sent us away something really embarrassing, and also very spooky.

Pessimism

I rarely check negative reviews, but this time it was really a bad experience booked two rooms from July 4th to October 19th to 20th, we show up at the scheduled time at the facility at 1:00 pm and our rooms were sold to others we found ourselves in Hamburg without a place to sleep.

Bad experience

First of all, a big thank you to the lady at the reception (I mean even the chef), who took a really long time to give us some useful tips and recommendations. We were in Hamburg for the first time and therefore grateful for some (cost-effective) suggestions and attractions. Really a great service. The hostel is almost directly on the Reeperbahn, so the connection to the public transport network is good. The port or fish market is also within walking distance (15 minutes).

Simple rooms, great location, nice staff

Hotel well secure, codes to open the doors (entrance and bedroom). Private SDB very well, comfortable bed. Clean common kitchen. Friendly staff A 15 min walk from the city centre and 10 min from the port.

Good for the price

Stayed here for a stag do.  nothing special but was a bed to put your head down after a heavy night.  Rooms are basic..Watch our for the triple bunks...not great when your blootered!  No curtains in the room so was pretty bright in the room.

Close to Reeperbahmn

I've booked a room for four, it's nickel, strict minimum but quality and positive point, no keys but a code to open the doors so we don't depend on others when we want to go in.

Ideal with friends

We were lucky enough to have occupied a room in a room with 4 friends, which saved us perhaps uncomfortable surprises! The place is definitely in a comfortable position and although the red-lighted neighborhood is around the corner, the street is quiet and full of interesting lounges. Unfortunately the hostel, despite the courtesy of the staff, has a very poor cleanliness (linen and towels give the feeling of not having been washed by the guest who came before us, cushions and mattresses stained and smelly).

Comfortable but dirty position

The staff is nice, there are well-arranged common areas, the room was clean, the hotel is in the center of town and not too expensive for the location, but don't go with the family: the hotel is too close to the reeperbahn (sex, alcohol and games) and the rest of the hotel's residents are screaming at any time of the night, taping the door, insulting themselves in all languages... on the other hand, without children and to party, no worries.
