In the middle of the beautiful residential area of Flottbek, this old wall has been converted into beautiful small apartments. These have a well-equipped small kitchen and small sink, living rooms in the EG and bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor.

Very comfortable.

The small apartments are just fantastic!!! Comfortable, clean and equipped with all the amenities! Come and feel comfortable!!! Since 2008 I always like to come back here! It would be nice if you would finish kitchen utensils or porcelain and glasses once in a while - for example, a salad bowl...

Enjoy Hamburg

Lovely and elegantly designed apartments that bring out the best in the small spaces. Conveniently located at the Klein-Flotbek train station. Unfortunately, rental is only weekly.

Fantastically designed apartments

Nicely located a few hundret meters from the subway station and just a three minute drive to the great shopping center Elbe. It took us no more than 15-20 minutes to go to the city center by car. Wi-fi works great. High speed access that just works is included in the rent. 
We initially got apartment no 122. We recommend avoiding this, as the nearby bistro is noisy when people sit in the bistro garden (until 2:00 am) and because the kitchen staff smokes right under your bedroom window. We got moved further down the row (room 114) and ecperienced no problems. 
Car parking is right outside the apartment on the street, and is free of charge. 
We both found the beds were too hard, and there is no aircon. The weather was quite cold for the early summer season, so we enjoyed the fireplace in the living room.The check-in and key pick-up is at a hotel just a few streets away - 2 min. by car. Large selection of German TV programs. Only english programs were BBC news and CNN. You have three TV sets. One in the livingroom, one in the bedroom and even one in the kitchen.
We will gladly return to this hotel.

We have moved to Hamburg and are staying temporarily at Landhaus Jenischpark until we find an apartment. It is in a walking distance to the International School, and just a few minutes to the S Bahn station Klein Flottbek, and with S1 line directly in the city centre in less than half an hour.

The Botanic Garden, the Jenischpark and the Westerpark are nearby and plenty of green and trees around with nice villas, houses or small blocks of flats to enjoy your walks. Visiting the River Elb, taking the ferry to Landungsbrücke (lines 64 and 62) is a nice, albeit slower way to get to the city, but you can enjoy the view of the river and the port on your way. There are some nice restaurants around, but this is not a cheap part of Hamburg. 

The apartments are around 60 sq. m in size, but quite practical. It is perfect size for a couple, but limited option with a kid, despite separate TVs in the upstairs bedroom and the downstairs living room. The window look to the South, and each apartment has a tiny garden, we could experience the mushroom growths in the lawn.

Despite the tranquility of the area, you have to take care when leaving the room, as the door directly opens to the street and as cyclists frequently use the pavement instead of the cobble-stoned lanes, both you and them could be surprised.

Aparthotel in a green district

Loved the apartment. Loved the location. Loved the quietness.
Plus I have very much enjoyed the jogging trail right behind the house. One hour of running takes you 90% through parks, nature and of course the stunning Elbe running trail.
Another plus is the straight and direct connection with the S-Bahn to the airport. Easy walk of 5 Minutes from the apartment door to train tracks, grab a coffee, sit down, enjoy the ride and check in after 45 min. at the airport!  Perfect! it can't be any better!

Can't be any better!

This is not the first time we are staying here. We come back to this place again and again. This place has a big contribution of our experience in Hamburg. Nice, cozy villa; stocked kitchen with the basic needs, very nice heating, located in a quiet neighbourhood-a very homely feeling altogether.
Very convenient to go to Airbus, to the river Elbe. Around 100 mtr. From the metro to go to city centre.
Market is little far away, not many eateries around, other than their own restaurant- are the drawbacks.
It suits us very well and we love our stay every time we come to Hamburg.
