Messed up my dates completely and then refused te refund me. Also extremely rude guy answering the phone. 1st call he answer immediately and just say "I have customers call later" and hangs up the phone. 

After several calls 15 minutes later he literally blocked my number so I had to call from another number and then he answer immediately again. 

Do NOT come here!!! 

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! 

In the middle of the commercial area, opposite to a truck bar, at night you can hear trucks all the time, and especially from the outside the hotel is not very inviting. The room was ok, quite clean, but especially in the bathroom, it is already slightly orange (open fuses/places, light mold blemishes). The breakfast offer was ok, plenty of choice, but coffee underground. The price was quite high, but nothing else to get.

Funny environment, not very inviting.

We spent two days looking for and booking a hotel in Hammerbrook. The little hotel is clean, the people are very friendly, the breakfast is perfectly fine. It's definitely not a lunar temple, but it's perfectly fine for our stay. Hammerbrook is a business district, but not too far from the center. Overall, we got what we expected and it was fine. Holidays would be different, of course, but you rarely do that in big cities like Hamburg.

Solid, clean, friendly

Good rooms, excellent first breakfast, friendly staff, the owner willing to solve problems. The structure is in good condition, clean is a can outside the centre, but served by public transport.

Good quality price

The hotel does not look very inviting from the outside, but it looks very modern from the inside. It is still very new. Five minutes from the hotel there is a bus stop, which takes about 20 minutes to get to the city centre. This bus line also holds many well-known sights. + Check in check out without problems + modern rooms + breakfast in my opinion sufficient (different kinds of loaves, jam, nutella, sausage, cheese, butter, margarine, mozzarella, hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, minicroissant, tea, sauce, apsa, coffee) + rooms clean shampoo, body lotion, hood and a set of toiletries and no toiletries in the bathroom (but was no longer loaded) + a set of towels in the bathroom - I couldn't see them at all - although most of the rooms were very wet - and at the station there were only a handful of them - and at the time of the broadcast, there were only two - one hundred and seventy-seven of them - and they were not all on the floor, and most of them were still sitting on the floor

For a short trip, okay.

So I have to say, when we arrived on the bike, my husband and I looked at each other and thought oh my god where did we land here. It's in the business area and from the outside it's not exactly great. But to our surprise it was completely modern from the inside and everything was tippi toppi and we were happy again:-) The rooms were nice big and super clean and the staff very nice!! We could also park the bikes in the parking lot. The bus station was right nearby and then we are in the city so good connection. And we slept super the beds were good and it was very quiet there. The morning was also ok you can't complain. For a weekend in Hamburg it's totally ok.

From the outside Puui and from the inside Hui

The person who booked for me (on HRS with good reviews) broke into some very bad nights for me. This can't be a staircase built into an old (presumably) old shipping office. Reception a man you almost always see in a T-shirt and jogging pants. (friendly but completely overwhelmed) And the one at such a price!! hello pure abscock!!! hikers stay away!!! justice half room not so bad, shower OK but you have to wait for very long for warm water. Breakfast lean.

Hotel wrong part of town, ladies of the evening at the front of the Hotel door half neked.
Room small but clean, also bathroom very clean. Personal very unfriendly except
For Manager. Breakfast better at Mcdonalds. Ive never seen such small German Brotchens mini mini. Breakfast was not so good. Location was quiet but too far from city. Also too far to walk.

should have researched better

The title pretty sums up everything..
I cant really complain about anything. Except for the location. The neighbourhood is not really giving you warm welcome. The room on the other hand is small, but clean and cosy. Its about 8 euro's to drive with a taxi to the centre of the city. The parkinggarages in the city are giving you good prices as well.

Friendly people, with good facilities, shares the hotel in a crappy neighbourhood
