Service was good, staff very friendly and attentive, the room under the roof is not going to work for people who can't walk well, that's a pain.

The hotel is located on the northwestern outskirts of Hamburg on the Krupunder lake where you can walk and jog wonderfully. The rooms are convenient and clean. The breakfast buffet is plentiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is best to travel here by car. The connection to public transport is not optimal. This hotel is ideal for travellers, as it is located directly at the Krupunder exit on the A23.

Hotel with good connection to the motorway for transit

This family-owned inn is the last of its kind in Hamburg! The owners are accommodating and welcoming to everyone who stays! They serve a limited menu and the restaurant is booked weeks in advance. The beer is amazing and available anytime you need. I highly recommend this hotel!

The best Inn in Hamburg!

A spotless hotel with wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. The room's, in terms of decor are slightly outdated, however, this adds to its charm and the hotel itself, is much older than the frontage suggests. The bed is always extremely comfy and I always sleep well here.

The restaurant's food is extremely good, I just very much wish there was a non-alcoholic alternative available to the high quality beers on tap. Given the proximity to the business park and requirements for mindful drinking by their clientele, I do hope they consider this in the near future. 

But again, I'm extremely fond of this hotel. 

Clean friendly hotel

Great hotel family owned with wonderful service. 
Restaurant is very good we tried the fish and  pork. They have great beer on draft and expresso machine which was always available. Room was very clean and it was serviced daily. Will definitely come back and stay.

Wonderful family owned hotel

A warm and friendly home, smiling and skilled staff, professional service, impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. A comfortable, airy space prepares everything for relaxation. The kitchen is neat, the proximity to a park makes it a charming place. Everything is perfect.

a three-day stopover

We were at the Krupunder Park on Friday for dinner, we booked a table in the outdoor area at 6:30 p.m., ordering and drinks went very fast. Unfortunately, the food waited 75 minutes, which was very heavy. When the food came and my wife said it took a long time, unfortunately, it came from the service, NICHTS. That's better, I would have expected you to have said it shortly after 30 minutes, it still takes, but it doesn't, it wasn't good, and it's better.

Unfortunately not a full score

The staff member who received the reservation by phone was very kind and helpful, the reference to the separate guest house was helpful. The telephone message was true. The service at the reception desk was not able to maintain this level of friendliness. The responsible staff member had to be picked up and also did not have sufficient control over the locking system in the guest house. On the third attempt, however, the lock was overcome. A help with the luggage might have been nice. Our arrival a little later at lunchtime was also unfortunate. The rooms were extremely large, friendly and modern equipped, a separate shower and a separate toilet were provided here instead of a commer park.

the appealing house

We were guests from 14-16 September in the Krupunder Park. Just to the right of the reception there is a well-equipped parking space, so you don't have to walk around the hotel. The reception with attached kitchen is the heart of the hotel. We were welcomed and welcomed into the premises. There are also three spacious spaces available for dinner. Right in front of the reception there is a well-equipped room where you can have breakfast in the morning. This is great, by the way. Everything that touches your heart and whoever asks for the very generous services gets the best wishes. But in this spacious space we were often served in the evening in a super la carte option.

Nice hotel with great food

A nice and quiet hotel outside of the city of Trubel. Beautiful spacious rooms with everything you need. Good internet everywhere. Well-sorted bar with beer VOM bar and wine, as well as numerous spirits. Nice breakfast buffet. There are also parking spaces. Also suitable with children. Walking around the lake relaxing.
