A holiday in harmony and in paradise next to a beautiful lake, ideal for a walk before a lavish breakfast. A silence that could be heard in Planteur's house led by a very warm lady, Mrs. Alfter. We are happy to come back.

Bed and Breakfast

The plantation house is located in the small Hettstedter district of Walbeck, somewhat out of the way on a romantic lake with its own swing. We had a double room opposite the office, which had two disadvantages for us. On the one hand, the bathroom is very small, which led to very uncomfortable movements at the entrance of the shower. On the other hand, the wooden staircase leading to the upper floors of our kitchen was so well equipped that we could use a little uncomfortable air to get around the room, so if anyone wanted to get around the room, we would have to be able to get around the room.

Great and well-managed pension

If you love old architecture and nature, and you want peace and quiet, you're right here. I'm more than excited that if there were something like this in our neighborhood, I would have found my place.

It's dreamy

The plantation house is like an island of tranquility in a hectic world. We've been there many times and we like to drive back. The beds are good, the breakfast is delicious and the surroundings are just gorgeous. You don't get spoiled and you don't hunt down an event next. Some providers don't even have cell phone reception. We even turn off the cell phone in the house. We just can't always be reachable. But there's WLAN and in most rooms there's a TV. So you're not cut off from the environment unless you want it that way.

Pure Rest and Rest

this hotel is quite special. The road to the hotel , which is a cul de sac , leads down into a small valley where there is a pond and two swans. The hotel stands on its own and dates from about 1890. One one side is a patio and facilities to grill. The owner of the hotel is a friendly lady who makes ever effort to make guests feel at home.

We were at the plantation house in December and enjoyed it as always. Comfortable rooms and excellent service make a stay here an experience over and over again. The hostess always makes the utmost effort to read every wish from the guest's eyes. Even extraordinary ideas find their way into this house. So we grilled out there in the middle of December. The remarkable surroundings around the plantation house located on a beautiful pond should also be mentioned here. So you are very quickly in the forest or on one of the wonderful hikes.
