Breakfast selection was acceptable, buns were very dry, there was no knife for the metrol. Not suitable for a young couple, except for playing tennis, as the hotel has a large tennis hall. Very well suited for cones and tennis clubs. Cones rooms were fine, cones rails dirty and outdated. Unfortunately, for a wellness hotel there were no applications you could book, such as massages.

For a weekend in order

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend. The staff is friendly and the check-in went smoothly. Unfortunately we got an unrenovated room that is not 4 stars. It looked cozy and outdated, besides, there was a large dust layer on all areas like night table etc. The bathroom especially the shower is very dark and the tiles are very old, the bed was comfortable. The newly renovated restaurant with bar was nicely decorated and the food was good. The breakfast was also good as well as a friendly staff. We would recommend that you get a new room with the condition.

A good hotel with a solid room for improvement

So we weren't staying in the hotel for one night. We were kegging and eating. The kegging was sub-optimal - the trains and especially the room were in dire need of renovation. And a 3G inspection, despite the Internet announcement, didn't happen. The food, on the other hand, was spicy.

Only braided and eaten

Unsurprisingly, a very good hotel with a price tag that's incredibly high, friendly, hospitable staff, large, modern rooms, great shower, quiet, central location, very good breakfast, nice spa area, absolutely recommended for a short vacation.

We were thrilled with the house, the ambience, the big room (free upgrade to double comfort), very big, super shower!!, breakfast despite Covid19 super super super super, prices unbeatable, excellent staff, great regional dinner at the restaurant

Recently we booked a comfortable double room in this hotel and the room was really big and modern. This hotel is located in a small commercial area, yet it is very quiet. The gas station, pharmacy, grocery store and ATM are right next to the hotel. All the staff in this hotel are very friendly and helpful. Our room has always been cleaned impeccably. The breakfast room offers a good choice to start the day well, but the staff responsible for the most business is very quiet.

A nice hotel with some weaknesses.

We are here every year at the hotel. Over the last few years, it has been getting better and better. All three floors are now finished and very attractive. Unfortunately, a lack is still present, because in the rooms we find more pimples and pollen than in other hotels. For some guests it is probably not easy. Breakfast leaves no desire open - including sex on the weekends, you have SKY available and the restaurant has a very fine kitchen with fresh preparation of salads etc. We can recommend fish!! However, as a sports hotel, it is also welcome to other groups, so you should make reservations early.

Now even more appealing, friendly, freshly renovated third floor.

At the end of our bike tour, we had booked two nights at the Hotel Novum. The reception and hotel staff were very friendly overall. The rooms are large and tastefully furnished. The bathroom is newly renovated - beautiful: the built-in radio. The dinner was delicious, the service was very customer-oriented and we went with our special wishes and completely uncomplicated. Chapeau! Unfortunately, at the wrong end of this hotel, savings are made. In the sauna area, which by the way only opens at 17:00, there is not a single donor with shower gel, the bath floors that are available in any other hotel free of charge, must be purchased here for EUR 2,-officially. The use of a (fleece-fleece) bathroom is also reserved at the very wrong end. The hotel is also very convenient for the customers, and we are happy to see that it is reopened with a very small fee.

It's the wrong end of the spectrum.

I stayed at this hotel with a couple friends of mine, one night. The hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly. The restaurant offers really tasty menu. Just the internet connection at the first floor, where I stayed, was quite weak and sometimes I lost the connection.

Two day business day

At the beginning of May 2019, we used the Hotel Novum for a short stay and we liked it very well. Beautiful, modernly furnished rooms, a large selection of different saunas and a swimming pool. The dinner at the hotel restaurant with a variety of options tasted very good to all the participants. The positive impression continued during breakfast. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back.
