Some of the furniture has gone out of fashion and needs to be replaced urgently. The kitchen facilities are also not very luxurious. The good location compensates for something. But there are now better alternatives in Leipzig.

Easy handling, very good location

The aprtments are very good size. Separate bedroom and nice combined living room/kitchen.  All amenities are in the apartment. Th biggest advantage is the location - just in the middle of the city centre (although there are more than one city centre in Leipzig). In the same building is Macis both supermarket, backeri and restaurant, all organic and stonethrows away a number of great restaurants. Although it is on a very busy street (especially at night) the closed windows make a quiet night. It can be a bit difficult to find if you come by car. Some GPS tell you to stop in Ratsfreischulstrasse (where you can walk through a building to Markengraffstrasse). You can go by car to Burgplatz and turn right and right and then you are in front of the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer parking, but convenientely you can park in the basement of Petersbiggen, 50 steps away from the hotel at 20 Euro per 24 hours.

Fantastic location, lots of space

Since the house is located in the centre of Leipzig, many sights, but also local and shops are within walking distance. The fact that you can still find free parking in the surroundings is likely to be unique in an apartment in this location in a city of this size. The studio located in a representative old building is modern and leaves no wishes open in terms of equipment if you stay for a few days. On the ground floor there is a great bakery and a very well-equipped organic supermarket for self-care workers.

Great location.

We had an apartment type III with a separate bedroom. Quiet location right next to the center, well furnished, bed and bathroom all right. Key transfer with code and key safe worked perfectly. Internet connection also good. Good luck again!

Comfortable in excellent condition

The location is great, it's easy to get to everything. The rooms are spacious and we found the courtyard nice at first, because it's very quiet at night. During the day it's unfortunately very dark in the room and you can't even see the weather. Unfortunately no sunlight enters the room. Otherwise it's well equipped. There's an organic bakery downstairs in the house, the subway is not far away, but I'd like to go back to another room (not to the dark courtyard).

Central location

The apartment was large, relatively clean, but dark all day long. It went to the courtyard and had hardly any light. The towels were so thin that you could read the newspaper. The receptionists felt disturbed at every question. Service is something else. We are looking for another accommodation in the future.

♪ Horrible, dark place ♪

If you can't find the house, then you'll be greeted by an incompetent pompous employee. Then: a small dark hole with a disgustingly decorated and with ugly clumsy plastic furniture, we had a glimpse into the backyard and into the elevator shaft, even with all the lights turned off, it was darker - thanks to brown beige walls. Simple bathroom, dark brown stained carpet, dirt on mirrors, broken bed linens and in the bathroom we were waiting for the peak of discomfort - a dusty plastic flower.

♪ Shudderful, gloomy place ♪

I stayed here November 2017 - booked by travel agent s had no idea what to expect - I thought it was excellent - clean - roomy - close to shops and town centre - no complaints at all - would recommend to any one.

very nice - great position near town centre

The apartment is in an old building. There is no air conditioning, the room is hot on weekends, if you open the door for ventilation, it doesn't save. At night you can't sleep, it's very hot, and when you open the window you can hear from the street of the company from restaurants that work all night long. Early in the morning cars come for garbage and construction equipment (they're building some kind of building).

How to make money without being a client

Very friendly reception, The apartment is very high-quality and tastefully equipped. Mattresses very convenient, soundproof windows, therefore also very quiet. All sights in Leipzig can be reached on foot. Very good organic bakery right next to the entrance.
