Everything was wrong from beginning to end. The 3 bedroomed room we were at first given was an attic and we had to bend not to bang our heads with the ceiling. Stayed for the night then told reception to change our room. After a very long discussion,  they did. 
For a whole week, lift was out of service . They were expecting some kind of part for it !!! Imagine me, a 68 year- old having to go up everytime to 5th floor. Reception didnt bother to change our room again or put us in an alternative B&B Hotel or even offer some kind of compensation. Nothing ! Even the snack machine for a whole week was out of order.
Our room was never cleaned. Cleaners just came in to change towels. When on the 6th day they didn't even bring us clean towels, with the dirty ones still on the bathroom floor, I called reception. She came up with clean towels and even wanted to call cleaners to clean our room at 11.00 pm !!!! At least on the morrow we found two small bottles of white wine to make up for this. The last straw is the bandana guy who runs breakfast. He is soooo arrogant and rude. He should thank his lucky stars we were 3 ladies and no man was with us or it would have ended otherwise.
Sorry had to write this long. Never met such disgraceful situations and in just one hotel. Been all over Europe and always been satisfied with the hotel.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the girl at reception

Disgusting

Although I had not booked breakfast I was advised I could book it on the day. At Reception on the day we  were joined by the person in his bandana doing the breakfasts. He made out too many already down on his sheet for breakfast and made out I was a liar when discussing with the Receptionist didnt help. I eventually managed to have a breakfast and found the room was virtual empty. His attitude was appaling. I think he thought he was being clever but far from it. This needs sorting out as it ruined my stay in such a beautiful city. There are plenty of other Hotels in Nurnberg, so next time I will stay elsewhere and then he can be rude to someone else.

Staff Issue 

A great hotel with super friendly staff. The hotel is 5 minutes from the main train station. You can walk to the old town / shopping area in 7 minutes. The rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast is of higher quality than at many other hotel chains.

Modern hotel near the city centre/train station

Very well suited for a city trip. Check-in is super friendly and quick. Rooms are rather small, but very clean. An open cupboard is not for everyone, but it's enough for me for a few nights. The air conditioning worked well. Bathroom/shower okay! Would book the hotel again.

Very good and clean hotel, not so easy to find reception  that it is not at ground zero, good breakfast , little problem with parking (only outside and not private). Close to Underground and you can reach center in 5 minutes

Very good for weekend

The rooms are basic but very clean and reasonably spacious. Rooms have windows you can open.  Service was excellent. We especially appreciated the employees at the desk, Oliver and Sophia. They responded to our requests thoroughly, greeted us with smiles consistently, and helped make our stay very pleasant. 

Great Service, Very Friendly 

Enough hotel for business trips, breakfast is a bit thin, but the rooms are okay. A little color would not shine, but the service at check-in is very friendly. Parking is next to the hotel.

Suitable for business travel

Booked this place for one night. Found it easily and we were able to check in before 'official' check in time. Receptionist was very nice. Room had bunk beds and a single bed and AC. All three beds very comfortable and enough space on the top bunk to not feel claustrophobic. Room very clean just over the road from the old town and round the corner from a supermarket. Lovely little hotel and would highly recommend it.

Great value for money

If you drive a Smart car you can use the parking. Disappointing that there were additional costs that weren’t on Booking.com, e.g. an additional €12 for a dog. 
Great location in a nice city. The hotel was clean and the staff were ok. Very basic no thrills.
