We don't speak any English, at 8pm the receptionist goes home so if anything happens to you.. luck! So don't forget the key to the main door to get back in.The church is right across the street and the bells ring all the rooms.We had a bathroom in the room.The curtain was short so that the whole floor floods.We wash our hands at the foot of the bed.Our window looked out to a yard with chickens at 4pm and we're awake as well.The breakfast is cold milk, Nutella bottle is empty like the jam and the same woman who was cleaning the rooms without changing the pan she had filled.The mattress of my grandmother is filled with cheap wool balls of rubber.

Hotel de los horrores is the name of the hotel.

Smoking room, i.e. the bed linen and towels are crushed!! And the one who changed a garbage can twice also left his odor traces! No towel change, not even on request! Shower, with dishwasher installed so that the opposite shower wall was fixed, so you had to stand very close to the opposite shower wall, or hold the bracelet in the hand. The shower curtain hung well 20 cm into the shower tub, so that the water could not flow, as the curtain hung in the drain. The refrigerator - once on and quickly closed, so that the volume of the water does not hang loud! Breakfast is on the first day of Christmas, but there was no one in the hotel - I never went to the bathroom again, and then I never went to the bathroom again.

You can only warn!!!!!! Stinking and not too hot rooms, WiFi doesn't work and the bathroom is dirty, the toilet seat is wet and definitely used! This seems to be common, there are enough similar reviews! The last building, just stay away - you'll regret it otherwise.

It's awful!

Every youth hostel has more style than this hotel. The entrance area is a disaster. The door handle is pulled up from the inside by a rubber band. The room is incredible. The door links we had in our hand when we closed the door. The smell in the room is damp and distilled. The shower curtain hangs only at half an hour. When showering the entire bathroom is under water. The wall lamp hangs only through the cable. The bed linen feels like a bag of clothes and the towels feel like a towel. The bed for two people is so small that you have to turn around in the shower. The curtains and the tables are so thin that you love to have a cupcake over the table. The curtains in the early morning are soaked and you don't want to get any feedback from the youth next time!

Eyes to and through

Friendly staff, very cozy and clean rooms. Surprisingly excellent breakfast and location - about 20 min walk to the city center. The hotel is next to church so you may hear the bell sound from 5:30 am. Great deal for the price!

Excellent stayover

My wife had to walk about 5 minutes and park at the nearby church. Also here is advertised that there are free parking spaces. Then the check-in was difficult because the bell is probably not being heard in the hotel. The man was relatively friendly. The room was small without a refrigerator or a water boiler or anything else to make a hot drink. Also here is advertised. My room is just a very small laundry room talking about three cups of hot water. But unfortunately, the toilet on the front door is almost thin, but unfortunately, it doesn't move between the front door and the back door.

A hostel hiding behind the name hotel

The room was odd.  Clean and tidy, comfortable bed but a strange layout.  no washbasin in the toilet/shower room but there is one next to the bed!  Breakfast was OK apart from the waiter who refused to believe that the coffee was cold and the hot water jug was empty.  Very well priced though

Good location for parkrun, late breakfast and checkout. Free parking.

A family-run hotel. We were very well received. When we visited our rooms, we received additional dishes from the staff. The rooms are comfortable, tastefully decorated, clean and equipped with everything necessary. Perfect location. Super price-performance compared to other hotels in Osnabrück. Breakfast small but fine and everything you need for breakfast, very tasty! We liked it and we would book it again!

A hotel to feel good about

This is a spotlessly clean and very comfortable hotel, very reasonably prices and with a good breakfast.  I stayed on a Friday night and was looking forward to a slow start on Saturday morning (breakfast runs until 11am).   Sadly, the bell ringers in the church opposite had other plans.  They began with a gentle ring or two at irregular intervals starting before 7am, but by 9 obviously couldn't contain themselves and burst into a cacophony of bell ringing with as much musical appeal as a police siren- in fact it much resembled a police siren.  The bells aside, it is is a lovely hotel.

I ended up staying there because the entire train service in northern Germany broke down. Reception staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean - even if they do lack atmosphere. 
Breakfast was amazing and location is good. Great value.
