After spending the night in the city centre more than once, this time on the outskirts or in a suburb. The advantage: the rooms at the back are very quiet. Sleeping with the windows open in summer is no problem. Advantage 2: free parking in the yard. Advantage 3: excellent price-performance ratio. The rooms including the bathrooms are very clean. Not modern but decorated appropriately. The atmosphere is friendly and family friendly. There is no restaurant in the hotel anymore. But besides there is a Pakistani Indian  Indian and so on. It may sound strange, but it was delicious.

A good place to stay in Osnabrück

This is a Very tidy hotel. A quirky entrance, having to be let in (until you get your keys), and it doesn’t look much from the front, but inside it is clean, fresh, tidy, and really very good.
Rooms are large and have blackout shutters, so an excellent nights sleep was possible.
There is a nice patio/garden area for a beer in the early evening sun, and breakfast was good too (German style of course - cereals, breads, meat, cheee, eggs, etc...)
I will return next time I’m in Osnabrück.

So much better than expected

Although this hotel is not central it is good value for money. My two friends and I stayed in this hotel while on a cycle trip. Bikes were stored in a secure garage. Breakfast was excellent and manageres was very helpful she even recommended an excellent Italian Restaurant only 15 minutes from hotel. On a direct bus route to Osnabruck centre.



Excellent hotel with a great breakfast 

I stayed for a night at my business trip. No problem, everything was OK. My room was excellent (view to garden!) and calm. Breakfast generous. 
Location is better for business than for tourism, it is about 2 km to the city centre. 
Wifi didn't work in my room. It was visible but too weak :-(. 
There are some restaurants just next to the hotel, no Michelin :-), but good.

Good hotel

Stayed here on a Day Off from Business with my Wife. The Room was spacious, Lovely bathroom, walls thick enough that you could not hear that there were other Guests unless you went into the Corridor. A fridge & Kettle in the room would have been great, but otherwise absolutely nothing wrong!

A Perfect Gem of a Hotel

Very good. Simple, modest, clean and friendly. Beautiful garden. Pleasant breakfast buffet. In good condition. 25 minutes walk to the old town. Enough parking. No five minutes from the highway. What more do you want? Bus in front of the house.

It's a nice little family hotel! It's clean, cozy, welcoming! The interior is quiet. It's a big TV. It's a clean bathroom with a fan and other things. The driver in the room is paid. It's a nice view from the window.

Stayed here for one night while returning to the uk from a motorcycle tour.
We had a nice friendly welcome and were given a clean spacious room. The bathroom was very clean and well equipped.
The breakfast was good. Plenty of choice and of good quality

During a swimming competition we spent two days at the Welp Hotel this weekend. The reception on Friday evening was friendly, although we had already been waiting and the reception desk was closed. There is a free W-Lan reception throughout the hotel, on arrival you get a ticket with a generated code for access. The hotel is also within easy reach of an access road to the city centre. In the immediate vicinity there is a bank, a pharmacy, a supermarket and a pizzeria, although the reception desk is located next to us. The bus stops are located in the immediate vicinity. The bus stops at the entrance are very convenient, but after arrival you get a ticket with a generated code for access. The hotel is also within easy reach of an access road to the city centre. Nice short stay at the Hotel Welp

A very nice hotel in Osnabruck, quiet and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and flexible, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The hotel's restaurant is affordable and the setting is charming. Dedicated parking, and breakfast well served. I recommend for a business trip at a lower cost and impeccable service.
