Very friendly and helpfull personnal, clean rooms, good choice of meals for dinner and breakfast table although no fridge in the rooms (would have been nice with the hot weather), safe at the reception

Good stay

The food at the restaurant was really better than before. Our slices were very hard, very pale, the fries were not roasted, no whistles. There was just no love. It wasn't good. So I only got two stars for the food and four for the service.

Shame we were so happy

We were in private at the Müritz Beach Hotel to find some peace and celebrate our wedding day. The hotel is located almost directly by the water and over the walking path you can walk directly by the inland lake of the Müritz endlessly. Our room was very nice - as desired - quietly with balcony, the bathroom very modern with shower. The breakfast did not leave any wishes open, we were even asked if we had a special wish (and the mirror was brought immediately). Also, the food in the restaurant is very recommended, all the dishes we ordered were excellent. The staff in all areas were superb and friendly, preparing and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel further!

Very relaxing / recommended hotel

The staff was always very friendly, the hotel is service-oriented and offers visitors a warm kitchen even in the afternoon on weekends, great. The menu is clear, there is something for everyone's taste. The food was fresh and tasty. The breakfast is served as a buffet, the choice is huge, very good quality. Our room was spacious, the bathroom is modern, a small balcony with seating was also included. We are happy to come back.

Nice hotel near the beach

During a meeting, we stayed at the hotel for two days. The first impression was that we had arrived at a rehab clinic. The rooms and bathroom were very generous. Besides a TV, there was also a tablet available. You can't find this anywhere. The staff were exemplaryly attentive and very kind in all areas. The room staff were extremely diligent and very, very kind. Feeling well was not difficult. 90s charm was not bad anymore!

Great service, very clean.

We were here for one night on our bike trip. Very friendly staff whether at the reception or at breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean. Unfortunately the pillows were bad. We had even brought an extra one at the reception, but this was the last one available, so one of us had to spend the night on a bad pillow. The breakfast is delicious. The location is just a short distance from the center of Rubles. So you should have a car or a bike with you if you want to go back to town in the evening.

Good for one night.

The rooms are extremely bright, there's always a fan or a neighbor snoring. Even though I had a non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke, even after a lot of air. The breakfast, well: lukewarm and thin coffee, lukewarm cereal, cheap bread, dry bread, fancy cereal,... no WiFi or even a cell phone on the rooms. How can that be nowadays? The beach was still full of seaweed and the water is so flat that you can bath with your feet. It's probably the best thing for bus travelers and a night.

Nothing for long, bright and fad

No Internet in the room, only at the reception and then only temporarily. No information folder in the room with directions like Internet, tourist destinations, etc. Very friendly staff at breakfast.

Short vacation

Basically, we were satisfied. One drawback, however, was the cleanliness. When I arrived, I had to find that the bathroom or the toilet and the shower were not properly cleaned. Even the room itself was not properly cleaned. So there were spider webs hanging on the ceiling and the night lamps were dusty. But we were positively surprised by the room itself, because it was modern and brightly furnished. Cell phone and Wi-Fi reception in the room was zero. Everyone here had to decide for themselves whether it was good or not. Unfortunately, the rooms were deaf, so in the evening we could hear the plug in the plunger and conversations were heard in the living room. But breakfast here is small. Everything is fine for everyone. It's fine for everyone there. But we didn't want to spend the holidays here for the rest of the year.

Well, I'm not.

If you've come to the name of the beach hotel, you should do some more research, because the beach is a bit far away! Our five-night stay was okay, but not more. The beds without adjustable lattenrest, especially for people with disabilities or older, are a tribute. I got a pillow from a nice employee so I could lie down a little higher. The head pillows (feathers) would be just in time to be changed. Mattresses are just as normal. Cleanliness in the rooms has to be checked, rooms are very unpleasant. Bedrooms are very uncomfortable. Girls are very uncomfortable. No standard WiFi reception in the rooms and only in the lobby, which nowadays is not much more and in the middle of the day. The restaurant is also very easy to get around. Unfortunately, we should not be doing this again. The restaurant is not too much for the little person, but the reception is very easy to get around.
