We had a nice weekend The lake is great, clean meadows, sanitation facilities clean and pleasant, good restaurant cozy atmosphere overlooking the lake.

Nice campsite

We liked the place very well. Super friendly staff at the reception, little Aunt Emma Laden with delicious pizza, ecologically fine (garbage is separated), many clean sanitary buildings, large parking lots, swimming pool with playground, lots of playgrounds for children, hiking and cycling from CP possible... and much more! Dogs are not allowed in the lake, but at least with on the playground. This is not in the square, but on the land RLP... Respect ️ The restaurant is a disaster! Super (dog) friendly owner who quickly becomes aggressive.

Top place, but the restaurant should definitely be avoided

I think it's not for nothing that this is one of the best places in Rhineland-Palatinate. I was here when I was young but now it's really become a nice place with great places. The owners put the greatest effort and run the place with a lot of love. Other reviews I just can't understand. Sorry. We'll be back.

This is dreamy.

We were at the campsite for four days. The campsite was right by the lake and that's the only good thing. No Wi-Fi, no dog allowed in the restaurant, the garbage can only be dropped at certain times and the gentleman at the reception is extremely unfriendly.

A disappointment and far from a five-star ranking.

We were there in Sept in the offseason. Unfortunately, no one was reachable by phone for days, but the website promised a nice seat if you arrive between 10:00 and 14:00. So we did. We've been camping for 25 years, but I've never seen such a crowded place. Every free spot has been delivered. Thanks to Corona, the seats are full, so there's nothing, but the place is full, so you have to close it up. A fair indication on the website that on the AB would prevent a 200km miscarriage.

What a disaster!

I give this positive assessment of the beautiful place and its very good and friendly management, but I think the restaurant that is located in the square should be avoided: it is said that because of the high number of guests, the slices that come from the convect tomatoes must come. Unfortunately, they also tasted this way, with my eyes closed, I would have put them in the finished drawer, the hunter sauce a smooth zero.

It's a beautiful, modern, clean place, but...

Please change the address. The place is in 56479 Seck, not 56242 Selters. The Weiherhof Campingpark is located very nicely on a damming site near Westerburg and almost at Lake Wiesen. I did not visit it because it is too close to my place of residence and therefore is not the destination. Please change the address!!!

The very good campsite is in 56479 Seck, not in Selters.

We, a family of two boys (8 and 13) had a very relaxed week at this campsite. The staff were very friendly, the toilets were very clean, the restroom was very refreshing. The seashores on the seafront were not packed, so a very nice atmosphere was created. Children and adults were in contact quickly! We are back!

Relaxation week

The square is under very competent management, in a beautiful park-like landscape on an idyllic lake. Very quiet, partly spacious parking lots, a high proportion of permanent campers. The sanitation facilities are new and very clean, the parking lots are partly designed as comfort areas. There are meadows that are rented out to groups. However - and this leads to my average assessment - there is virtually no Internet in the parking lots, unless you have limited cellphone access and the restaurant does not allow dogs, unless you catch a day when you can sit on the terrace.
