Perfect location to find all Buses and Trains to travel in Stuttgart. Just across the Street is the Metro Station and few min.away a Bus stop. Stuttgart Airport is max.30 minutes with the metro that you find just opposite the Street. Hotel room is clean, the mattress was very comfortable too. They were also very flexible and helpful when I asked to do a Checkout at 3 p.m although checkout is at 11 a.m. This of course as it was manageable with no booking of the room after and at a very good price. We stayed 5 nights in this Hotel and if I come back to Stuttgart I might come to this Hotel again.

Very Happy 

There's a lot I can't even say, because after about five minutes we ran away from the room. The reception was still very friendly. The gentleman told us that it was a non-smoking hotel. The reception is on the first floor. The whole house, including the entrance area, doesn't seem very inviting and trustworthy. The reception is just a small windowless room. But it's okay; the staff doesn't have to live with it, but you didn't get a very good impression at the beginning. Our room was on the 4th floor. We had a very private bathroom, but it was on the floor. It didn't smell like a simple and for every person.

Never again!

Although it is the cheapest I have found to spend a night I found it quite expensive for what it offers. Well situated and friendly personally, but old and slender room. The comfortable but quite noisy bed and the very damaged furniture, broken, walls full of scratches... and bathroom outside the room.

Insulso is the result.

Good evening, for 1834 rubles, room 305 for 1 night, spacious with view to Charlotten. Straße, TV, 2 lamps, bathroom in room, 2 beds. Clean. True, the deposit is 50 euros higher than the room value, it was certainly returned when you left. Downstairs is a kebab restaurant, there is free wifi from the hotel, for 6 euros delicious doner kebab with tea (free 2-3 glasses), conveniently located next to the charging tables.

It's a great place for ridiculous money.

My first surprised was the private bathroom, it turned up to be a shared bathroom.
Though the room is spacious but we can hear the door closed when other occupants closed their room door and shared toilet door.
Lastly, one can only access fifth room (highest floor) is by staircase from forth floor because no button can be found inside the lift to fifth floor. But we can go down from fifth floor via the button found outside the lift ..strange!
Overall, it was a disappointment for us.

Misleading advertisement

Due to the many negative reviews, I was somewhat skeptical, but the hotel was the cheapest accommodation option in Stuttgart and one night you can also get along well with a worse standard. The staff were very friendly and the room surprised us very positively. Although there were sometimes stronger use tracks in the room or inventory, these did not bother us. And the subway is still to be heard in the 4th grade, but it did not interfere with sleep. The room was very large, modern and equipped with an integrated bathroom. Thus, for the price of a hostel, it had the real advantages of a hotel and a real access.

Pleasantly surprised

I had to stay two nights in Stuttgart Centre and was not willing to pay 250-350€ for it. In Espenheim it was 88€. For the extremely affordable price I got a small room with 8m2, sinks, TV, windows in the yard (quiet) and community bathroom. The room and bathroom were top clean, the reception was ok and there was also an elevator. The centre can be reached in a few minutes. I am satisfied.

Price/performance is correct

I call the hotel an hour before I arrive to warn them that I'm arriving at eight instead of seven and I'm told that unfortunately they're clearing my room because they're unsure of my arrival. (What????) So when I arrive they tell me that my room has already been given to another person and so they're sorry but I have to go out in the cold of January to find another hotel at eight at night.

Bad, awful, bad, total zero

Booked at 2330 after my train was cancelled and I was dead tired. Got a taxi to the hotel. Arrived 0005. Note on door telling guests to pick keys up from a hotel 20 mins walk away after midnight. Walked to other hotel. Disinterested conceierge said he had not got the keys but that the woman from the other hotel should be there shortly. After an hour the woman had still not arrived. Concierge had no solution. I left and waited for the early morning train at the station. Shoddy.

Couldn't get in after booking.

It's a fatiguing and totally soundproofed building, and there's an unbearable smell coming from the restaurant on the ground floor that prevents you from opening the windows on the first floor.
