Best Ascension Day 2022 in the Circle

From 29 March to 1 April 2022 a group of guests stayed at this hotel. Anyone who wants to experience Thüringer's hospitality must stay here. The team around the hotel manager, Mr. Börner, ensured a relaxed stay. Through his contacts, it was possible to get to know the residential village of Hummelshain more closely, visit the interior of the duke's chair and get an unusual view of Mr. Hädrich's collection in sidebridge.

We spent three nights at the Waldhotel Linzmühle and felt very comfortable. It was beautifully quiet in the living room. The staff were very attentive - we were even allowed to enter our room early - we had a large, modern room with large windows and a view of the green. The bed was comfortable and shower/bathroom was small, but with everything you need. The food at the restaurant was excellent, the service was friendly and breakfast was good - however, there was nothing warm, but you don't necessarily need it. Transportation is a little difficult - you have to re-register every time you use it, which is enough if you don't work from there. We also have time for magazines, and we've got a different home to go to, and we're happy to have you back to the hotel, because it's a nice place to relax and have a spacious time, and we're happy to have you come back to the park in a few minutes.

Calm and relaxed

Stayed here for a few nights with friends. Clean adequately sized rooms with a comfy bed and plenty of hot water. Powerful heating if you fancy a warm room. Good typical German food served in the restaurant thought the breakfast offering was rather basic. Several miles outside Kahla, so personal transport is essential. The staff were friendly and spoke good English. Would certainly stay again. Would have given it 5 stars if the breakfast was more comprehensive.

Excellent hotel and restaurant well off the beaten track

Very good food, very friendly service, we were 15 people and had ordered different meals accordingly - everyone tasted very good, no one had any complaints afterwards (sodium burning or something like that you get quickly when a meal is not prepared fresh). The table was beautifully covered - we were all happy and will be back safely.

I 'd like to do it again and again, as often as possible.

...that as far as the woods there is a house. Not only is there a house, a cozy hotel with plenty of parking space. Ideal to celebrate with groups or with the whole family, to walk around, to eat comfortably. You have to know that there is (almost) no mobile phone reception there. But no power. Then you have your hands free again to hold a glass of beer... to eat in peace... or to sit in a cozy circle. The service staff is very friendly and always ready...it's missing you here at nix. See tasty regional cuisine that's really nice set up.

I didn't expect that.

This great restaurant is located off the streets in the Leubengrund near Kahla, but is very easily accessible by car. The guest is waiting for a lightning-clean hotel with a well-ordered menu and friendly service. All the food and desserts were tasty and convincing. The hotel also offers beds in heavenly tranquility. From there you can take interesting tours. A visit is always recommended!

Away in the woods, but great in the ambiance

Positive: the friendly reception despite the late arrival of the friendly breakfast service, even the extras were not a problem for the nice lady at the Buffett. Negative: The very small room/bathroom. The bathroom needed renovation, without any storage, TV only possible standing directly in front of the device, because miniature edition and totally obsolete model, unattended external installations but above all a grumpy and overly instructive boss, for whom even the slightest wishes for change to the pre-made invoice were a problem. No W-lan available.

It was better than that.

For the first time, we discovered this wonderful hotel, which is guided by a lot of love. This is the ideal place to relax. Wonderful hiking trails start right at the hotel. The breakfast was very convincing. We will definitely be back soon.
