Don't put your card in automatic check-in machine. I arrived at hotel in the midnight with fully paid booking Via AGODA (BOOKING.COM) and I saw automated check in machine where I need to put all my details and in the end they asked me to put my credit card too for security purposes. I put my card and I was surprised to see that they took money from my card for booking which I already paid not just this they don't have room service or nothing inside except few vending machine in thoose machines also I put money and got nothing. Next morning I tried to find some customer help number but they don't have that either. After my 108379 nothing happened and I decided to forget that money. Just posting review here so that no one else loose money from card like this. I felt little unsafe to sharing card details with this kind of organisation so I decided to close that card and got re issued new one .

Automatic check-in machine charged me twice 

Very dirty. Used handkerchiefs under bed. Did no one tell you about COVID? Noisy. Bed lamps did not work. No staff. Complicated check in. Without a parking ticket your car could get towed. However, on check-in no ticket is provided. Run down. Very poor.

Awful

I really wanted to love this hotel. Automated, quick, clean, comfortable is what was promised. Alas, we needn’t have set our alarm for the early morning flight - we’d been awake for ours curtesy a toddler who shared our bed due to the lack of a promised child’s cot during booking. And I need to underscore that in my booking I specifically mentioned the need for a baby cot. This was on the booking confirmation. When we arrived there was nothing, meaning we faced an exhaustive night with a toddler break dancing in our bed. No staff, no solution. 3 hours sleep. As much as I wanted to like it, I’ll give it a skip in the future. Not all automations work.

Careless behavior kills a good night’s sleep.

Just avoid flying from Weeze in the first place. The city is ridiculously tiny, FAR away from the hotel and had TWO operating restaurants when we visited. 

This hotel is one of the worst I’ve ever stayed at by FAR. There’s no reception - instead, a machine that looks like an ATM that you get your card from. It doesn’t even let you type in your name because the keys don’t work. 

There’s absolutely NOTHING to do or see within a 1 hour walking radius, and there is ONE hourly bus to the center (which sometimes doesn’t show up). 

They say they have an “airport shuttle”? Well, it runs from 5 to 9AM, and 8 to 11PM. We had a flight at 1pm, so we ended up having to carry our luggage up a cliff. 

Again, there is NO hotel representative anywhere near the hotel. NO restaurant, only a joke of a small room to buy some crisps and coffee. 

Deppressing, abandoned, in the middle of nowhere - please steer clear of Weeze and this hotel. We have never met so many unfriendly people in one town at a time. 

I’ll feel sorry for you if you book a night at this hotel. 

WORST deal airporthotel. By FAR

Let's put aside the fact that there was no reception (the future advances), let's put aside that the distributor's spit-out snack-type badge didn't allow us to open the room because it was unmagnetized (physiological bumps), and let's put aside the somewhat dark environment that reminded me of the military years....but you can't trade a double a room that has a square bed and a half that has a blanket that can cover only one person.... come on!!!!! Being very close to the airport doesn't make up for the fear of the specter of a night of cold and frost.

Hotel chosen only because it is near the Weeze airport which we reached on foot with a 1 km walk. Arriving late in the evening there is no bus to the centre of Weeze so this hotel was the only alternative to reach Düsseldorf the next morning by train. For a one-night stop and a good hotel, you self check in with the booking number, which for us was quite simple. In the surroundings there is nothing, inside there are only distributors of drinks and snacks, so I recommend taking something to eat.

So close to the airport but so isolated that it might be difficult to get to the airport. Fully automated structure and so if you were to create a problem it would be difficult to solve.

The hotel is poorly located, the signs have been saved, the premises are still in the barracks style, and the rooms are only acceptable. A snack and beverage machine is everything. For a meal you have to go to the terminal. Mega expensive, as well as the automatic check-in.

Only in case of emergency

Except the friendly welcome because the self check-in was inoperative, this hotel is below standard. Only convenient as it is close to airport but on the two nights I spent there, I didn’t get proper sleep as walls are thin like paper and you can enjoy sleeping with the neighbors without being in the same room... if you lucky enough to have nobody next door, you may have a pleasant night. This was not my case.

Hotel in a fantastic location, only 1.2km from the airport, there are no shops nearby so bring your food, free parking so, inside there are machines but it's not suitable in my opinion, the rooms are quite comfortable, there's no phone in the rooms.
