I have no idea how this place has such good ratings. The place was awful! On arrival there was no one to meet us at the reception area and the whole hotel seemed extremely creepy. It is a huge hotel with lots of rooms but it seems to have been completely abandoned. The decorations and furniture are ancient and a large area of the "reception area" was covered with sheets and closed off, not in the way they do when renovating. We waited around for someone to come and meet us and after about 15 minutes of waiting a lady finally arrived to check us in. We went to the room which was another shock. Furniture and decor that could have been taken straight out of a thriller movie must have been at least 30 years old if not older. The bathroom had a tap that didn't work and a shower that you could hardly fit in. The whole place just seemed old and abandoned, dust everywhere and almost no staff around ever. The price was way too expensive and I would NEVER go back. The only plus was the one member of staff we did see during our stay seemed pretty friendly.

Club Hotel iliochari is a lovely and friendly place.From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a very warm welcome. All the stuff at the hotel is very helpful and very friendly. Maria - Tereza, Niko, Artemidas and the other members of the stuff were eager to help with great pleasure. The food is very good for a 3 star hotel.There is a lovely beach near the hotel. There is  a plenty of pines and eucalyptuses along the beach,The sea is very clean.There is a supermarket just in some minutes from the hotel. The village where the hotel is situated  is calm, therr are no night clubs etc, so it is an ideal quite  place for holidays with children.

Plus: the sea, which is just perfect. We went with five people, we were given a room consisting of two rooms. But there was almost no TV (small, not even a single channel in English) but the water was still there, the coffee was still there, the coffee was still there, the ice cream was still there. It was a lot of fish. Some of them were really biting on the grass, there were some seafood. Now about the hotel. All communication with the staff was in English. We went with five people, we were given a room consisting of two rooms.

People need to know what they're actually paying for.

This is a place where you can experience the greatest moments in Greece - traditional Greek cousine and hospitality, very helpfull and polite staff that knows many languages (english, german, french, russian and polish for sure!). Beautifull environment and many atractions in the neightbourhood. 

True Greek cultural experience!

This April I was with a group in Club Iliochari Hotel. The food was delicious, the rooms were very nice and the managment took a real care of our people. The manager, Maria-Thereza even organised for us a lesson of how to dance Greek folk dances, which was absolutely fabulous :))). Many many thanks for your hospitality!!!!

Great stay with great food and great care :)

We stayed with a friend from August 31 to September 8.. we got up right away, even though we got from the airport a lot earlier than the 12th... but in principle it wasn't surprising that we were almost alone in a huge hotel. We were both from Moscow and it's just mom and 13-year-old daughter from Peter.. we never realized that there were only four or four more guests in the whole hotel. We saw the servants of the garden, cutting down trees and really cutting down bed bugs... the remarkable girl Maria was very attentive, but in principle it wasn't surprising that we were almost alone in a huge hotel. We were both from Moscow and a mom and a 13-year-old daughter from Peter's house. We didn't realize that there were only four or four more guests in the whole hotel. We saw the guests of the garden, cutting down trees and really cutting down bed bugs... the remarkable girl Maria was very attentive, but in principle we thought she was an administrator or something in this way (if you didn't know the taste of the food, except for the Russian, you obviously didn't have

A vacation with my girlfriend.

We spent 2 nights in a hotel, where we had a great time. Even that we check-in really late, Maria welcomed us with an open hands. Service was ok, also the food. We were able to try some traditional greek cousine. Rooms were nice.

I decided to spend my vacation this year in the Peloponnese When I chose a hotel, I stopped at Ilyoχαρι in translation Sunny joy.and did not regret.I rested in August -the weather is beautiful, the sea is wonderful, the people in the hotel are hospitable, kind. The hotel is large, everything sinks in wonderful colors- here is a beautiful garden, there is a swimming pool - always with clean water.

Rest on the Peloponnese

Very cozy hotel.. I would say even romantic.. Small comfortable rooms.. Responsive staff.. Excellent kitchen!!.. There is a lot of swimming pool.. From the tap comes mineral water Lutraki.. There is a lot written about it on the internet.. You can drink from under the tap!! The best beach in the region is literally two steps away!!.. Near the railway station.. Very convenient to get from the airport by train.. I recommend everyone..

I want to express my gratitude to the manager of Maria Terrace. The food is delicious, you can even say exquisite. The sea is wonderful, the water is clean, but the beach is rocky, so it is desirable to have swimming shoes with you. The territory of the hotel is large enough and literally drowns in greens and flowers! There is a swimming pool and a fountain. We lived in a 2 level room. On the first floor there is a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave oven and a dining room with soft and clean water, on the second floor there is a bathroom with a bathroom and a bathroom.
