Excellent location, nice clean personal hotel! First holiday in Crete and I must say we got really good with this hotel. Location close to the port, and the main beaches.

The perfect hotel.

The hotel was recently renovated. Everything is new, clean, well-arranged. The staff is really smiling and listening. Easy to access by car, it has a small free private parking lot. We are close to the beach and the historic center. Little negative point, the sound insulation of the doors... when uncomfortable guests come home at night believing themselves home.

Very good address.

The hotel is very clean, all safety measures are in place. The staff is friendly, helpful  and very polite.There is a private parking in front of the hotel and the location is extremely convient. There is not a single bad word I can tell about it!

A Great Place to Stay in Chania

Unfortunately, the man at the reception doesn't know the meaning of the greeting and he's totally inhospitable. It's a shame I've already paid for all three nights. I've been traveling in Greece for 10 years and I've never met such a person. I don't recommend this facility. I repeat inhospitable and welcoming. My judgment is bad.

The only rude Cretan

Have just returned from a 10 night stay and was very happy with my holiday. The location,  I considered excellent. It is in a quiet residential area but only 3 minutes to Neo Chora beach and its several excellent tavernas and about 15 minutes to the Venetian Harbour. The bus station was around 10 minutes walk. A quite large Synka supermarket was situated within 5 minutes if turning right from the hotel. On the same road were a myriad of interesting Greek shops and an Indian restaurant. 
The hotel and its rooms do not have loads of amenities but I found everything to be kept spotlessly clean. My room was quite spacious with a large balcony. The furniture was a little dated but with sufficient storage space and a comfortable bed. The bathroom seemed to have been recently updated and while compact, everything worked perfectly and there was always plenty of hot water at a good pressure. There was a small fridge which was very useful and the wifi worked perfectly for me. The flat screen TV just had local channels but provided something to watch.                                                                                                      l only had the hotel breakfast one morning but it was perfectly acceptable and very pleasantly served. Indeed all the staff were very nice throughout my stay. I did not require any information from the hotel as I have visited Chania previously and knew my way around. 
I like running and it was very easy to do interesting circular routes from the hotel. There are also 2 gyms within a short distance,  1 of which I visited daily. 
I really enjoyed my holiday and would return without hesitation.

Very Pleasant Stay

My friend and I are just travelling and we have booked the hotel in Chania spontaneously. It's equipped with everything you need, even has a balcony, the bathroom and the beds are top to bottom clean, which is extremely important to me. There's also climate, one small flaw, the beds are two single beds pushed together with a gap in between. For one, two nights but perfectly fine and for 28 euros a night. 15 minutes from the center and the port, so close, but still very quiet. So perfectly located.

Super practical, cheap and clean hotel

Located a little over a kilometer from the centre of Chania, in a quiet area, it allows for a quiet sleep away from the noise. You can reach the centre comfortably in a quarter of an hour on foot, it is not advisable to take the car, especially in the evening! The hotel has a very small parking lot but there is the possibility of parking on the road, we have always found a place because the road is long. I did not find it welcoming nor available to give information on the spot, among other things at check-in they tell us that we have lost our reservation, even doubting that we really booked! Fortunately there was still an open room, which was not clean, but so we had to wait a little more than an hour. All services are running, all the rooms are equipped with modern air conditioning, days with bathroom, refrigerators and bathroom service. We can all be satisfied.

We liked everything except the staff.

We stayed for a couple of nights.  Small hotel in great location 2 min walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants and cafe bars.  10/15 min walk to the old harbour along the beautiful beach front. Our room was clean and tidy, good size with lots of wardrobe space and spacious balcony, free safe in reception area.  Fridge in room and air con. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast (at extra cost) served in courtyard or just 2 min walk away there's cafe bars along the beach. Lovely for a short break.

Comfortable & clean & good location

The hotel is in a perfect location for the centre/port which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes passing through the beautiful long sea full of tourist restaurants but valid with always fresh fish. The proximity to the long sea also allows you to reach the beach of noa Chora in 2 minutes and rent umbrellas and bedding for only €6 and the sea is still very nice. The rooms are a little small but apart from the furniture, the windows and the bathroom have been recently renovated.

Fantastic for location and cleanliness!

I stayed here for 10 days and I feel very satisfied. Hotel 10 minutes to 15 minutes from downtown with a pleasant walk on the harbor, near a fantastic bakery and many restaurants by the sea, very easy to find parking. The staff are friendly and available and the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend it!
