Booked this for my neice so she could be close to us on her visit. Perfect little first floor room, very clean with beautiful handmade wooden furniture made by the owner. Quiet, relaxing gardens and perfectly located 10ins into town.
My neice said it was perfect for her weeks stay.

Peaceful

I could have stayed there in The garden all the week and not go to seaside.. the place is quiet, the rooms are cleaned everyday, there's the possibility to cook and WiFi works great. The owner is the most kind person on earth and it's cheap too. Happy for this choice

Very quiet place, restfull

Very nice hotel apartment. The management is perfect, the cleaning of the rooms at the top and it even makes the dishes that we had left for later which is very nice and surprised us. Not far from the center of kos and the port (10 min walk) possibility to go to the swimming pool to the other hotel further away (2 min walk) and 2 min from a small supermarket called Blue market (we can find everyone there). Quiet and peaceful place to enjoy a good vacation. We hear the crickets that signal us that it's hot lol beautiful view of the mountain and very garden. I highly recommend.

Holidays in Kos

The apartment is only a 15-minute walk from the city centre, so it is easily accessible and away from the casino of the night. The owner is very friendly and available, the apartment is clean and tidy. I would say everything is perfect, maybe just a problem of too narrow shower, but for the time of a vacation we can stay here. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay.

Apartment very clean! staff available, very welcoming. If you arrive late at night, like us, to check in, just call and they wait for you. A very nice and quiet garden. The rooms to choose from are those that are on the garden side. A 15-minute walk away you can find some very nice dining taverns. We found ourselves very well in this establishment!

Good structure

Perfect location to the town, very friendly and helpful staff, good facilities and only a short walk from the town centre while still set back enough to avoid too much disturbance at night, very good value for myself and 4 other friends. Asclepion at about a 40-minute walk from the hotel, 5-minute walk from the main bus station with regular buses to locations all over the island for very reasonable prices, overall very convenient location and very happy with our choice of accommodation.

Great hotel

Well, a car is needed perhaps for those who hate to walk 10-15' but, all in all, it is a decent and economical choice. Some cleaniness issues maybe but nothing intolerable. People who run it are helpful.

Quiet and convenient

The property is located about 10 minutes' walk from the center of Kos, with the motorbike or other means (to rent absolutely to explore the beauty of this island of the dodecanese) it is less than 5 minutes. The environment is really relaxing, a garden really taken care of in every minute detail and the rooms cleaned every day. The owners are few words, but they are really very available for any request and information. They also have different contacts for the rental of motorbikes, so I recommend to go directly to them. The apartments have air conditioning and wifi (not fast but working).

Relaxation and nature

We should have stayed in the ephtihian apartments (which they said were still very nice) last week. The residents, very kindly, picked us up at the bus stop. But from here the ridiculous: they told us that because of overbooking our apartment was busy so they moved us to a hotel (so with separate rooms, we went to Kos in 5 and we all wanted to be together) 2.5 km from the center, but with sea view. The hotel was a 4 star pool but left much to be desired, small rooms and rather uncomfortable. We managed, losing half a day on the phone, to have us moved to Fantas Apartments, which is clearly more to the center of Kos. To avoid wasting any time, call a couple of weeks before your state to ensure you were assigned a place to none other!

Beware of overbooking

I loved their flat and the garden. Really nice guy running it too.
It's a bit tucked away from the town center, so you'll need a bike or a car. It's super quiet, and has a great greek taverna just opposite. Totally recommended
