We were surprised by the service provided from the hotel staff. Out room was cleaned every day and all the public areas were clean and tidy. In the upper part of the port area of Kos, it is a good choice for budget holidays. The hotel was slightly renovated as the true age of the facilities was profound. That, however,did not affect the services at all. The hotel manager, finally, allowed as to keep our room free of charge until our ship departed at 10 p.m. instead of 12 a.m. as the hotel terms required. 

Excellent service, clean rooms despite the old facilities

The cleanliness is almost non existent, the bathrooms, especially next to the reception, are a disgrace, the staff was rude, the entrance was completely disgusting and everything was very old, hence the absence of proper photos. It was full with immigrants (most of them illegal ones) and to be honest we felt kind of scared there. There are a lot of way better hotels with the same money, I would never book there again. 


The worst hotel I've ever been to

very well located - in the center but outside noisy central streets. Unfortunately, when neighbours were using  shower  we got dripping water on us while seeted on the toilet....

The Bristol was in a perfect location in Kos Town. Everything you need is there ie Ferrys, Buses, Restaurants and Beaches. Litsa the Manager was wonderful a small family business where nothing was two much trouble. Clean with own Kitchenette, serviced daily. We stayed for 30 days and were very happy. Value for money.

great value accomodation

Positive: Family hotel with character. Excellent location in centre of town. Service friendly and helpful with good English spoken. In centre of town near excursion boats, ferries etc. No food served, but basic kitchen has all that is needed for self catering. Air con efficient and effective. Very good value 2* .
No 'sea views' (you'll need to walk around the corner). Bus service a short distance or plenty of car hire if you want to explore the island, which is well worth it and you can see most for 20 euros fuel! You can also take island trips or 20 minutes over to Turkey.
