Paris was the excellent host and very helpful. 
Rooms were comfy and clean and all floors are wheelchair accessible with an elevator 
Right next to the port for international ferries (with the one with customs not the ones working nationwide )
We did not used but they also have a safety locker service for everyone.

Great spot, easy to walk everywhere , great host very helpful

It's a facility chosen because it's close to the harbour and also the castle, a bathroom to be renovated, and for the rest, as a convenience and kindness of the owner, we have the possibility to leave our luggage, and on the way there's the harbor where the ships to Bodrum leave, shops and restaurants, everything you need.

It's all right.

We stayed in this hotel in the center, greeted and pampered by the owner who every day together with his friend Vassilis (I hope this is how it is written) cheered our departures for morning destinations advising us places to eat, or visit and our returns always making us find a place for the car. Our apartment is very clean, we change our underwear every day, seen on the harbour and in the beach restaurants, although the structure is not aesthetically and those Wow, I stress that affection, availability, kindness and sympathy compensate for everything and much more🥰

The Achilles' Heels

We spent three days in this hotel which is rather dedicated to young people who go out. The doors are very soundless even in the hallways. The maid comes every day to change the sheets and towels. The apartment is quite large and very well located on the harbor, quite functional even if it lacks cover and small appliances. There is a lot of storage which is nice and everything seemed clean to us.

A proper stay (sometimes a little scary)

I stayed with a friend from 18 to 24 June. The owner is super-available and kind. The apartment is very nice and comfortable, I found the bed very comfortable. We felt very comfortable right away. The cleaning is done every day. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach and on a main road with everything, but at the right time it becomes quiet as the premises are beyond the port (which is still a few meters away for those who want to have fun). We were great! Super recommended!

The top

Hotel located in a fantastic location because close to the port and the historic part of the city and close to the bathing area with bars and restaurants. Convenient for those like us who are not looking for luxury but simplicity and cleanliness: the rooms are structured like mini-apartments and have what is necessary to cook or even just to make a morning tea or coffee, functional bathroom and a fabulous view of the sea and the Turkish coast. The difference in this hotel is made by people and his son: two friendly, available and attentive to the requests of their customers. They helped us a lot with their suggestions!!! Under the hotel kindness also at the car: we rented the bicycles for two days in a row being the comfortable track and cycling in the surrounding areas... to reach the beaches of Paris and L'Ambienne.

Great solution in Kos town

The owner of this place is racist and omophobic. I was there for one night. He saw my black gay friend staying with me and he insulted us, than he said that african people should not come to Greece because they bring coronavirus. He blocked us in his office in Achilleas appartament in Kos, telling that he would have called the police (but police didn't come of course) and avoiding us to leave. He let us free only after I asked for emergency help to the Italian embassy in Greece and to the Kos police department. horrible experience. fortunately, every greek persone is not like him. i will report him to the authorities and make a complaint with Booking.com that suggested the accomodation. i think he is a dangerous person. we were really scared and it have been terribile. i'm sad  and very disappointed because he ruined our last day of holidays.

Omophobic and racist place

Previous reviews from me and other guests give a good idea of the amenities of the hotel, so I shall try to restrict my review to important  advantages  of this hotel .

-It is situated right in front of the port , so one can reach the hotel door in 2 minutes after leaving the customs shed, since 2018.

-The sea view room balconies  offer view of Turkey, cruise ships, yachts ,the beaches (free sun beds)  and restaurants . You can check my reviews on main restaurants of Kos town.

-The rooms are well equipped for quick meal or breakfast, but since 2 years a recommendable cafe is available at the entrance of the hotel.

- The hotel owner Paris  and family  as well as Stratos are real treasures, so  do not hesistate to ask for information or help

Stayed at Achilleas more than 10 times

We stayed only to sleep in an apartment that was on the harbor, in a respectable double room with terrace that was on the sea... enviable position, kind and polite staff, cleaning every morning with towel change and sheets.

10 days of relaxation

Location of the hotel is great,right next to ferries port on the Averof street which has the most popular restaurants and beaches in town,15 minutes walk to Eleftherias square.The owner Mr.Paris and his daughter Persephone are very kind,friendly and helpful,we liked them.A little noisy street,don't forget to close your windows at nights.
