It's a great experience, clean apartment and out of the chaos of downtown.

Good experience

I emphasize that I was aware that I had chosen an essential and economical structure and I would have been fine if it had only been cleaned. Dirty apartment (just to say that under the bed there was a handkerchief left by someone before and that the bathroom mirror was not cleaned for a while). The position is comfortable, the gentle owner although not present (I found the phon broken and at 18 in reception there was no one who could replace it immediately). I change towels and cleaned every 2 days. Noisy street at night but fortunately there is air conditioning.

There's not enough hygiene.

When we arrived the manager looked at my son like he was a monster and asked me to leave because the children were not allowed, without any tact or politeness, we were really shocked by his welcome, I don't recommend this place at all if you have children.

How to Escape If You Have Children

The boss hates children, he forbade us to stay there because we had a little boy of three years old who is polite and wise, incredible, without any tact or politeness. I don't recommend this place at all, because it's not professional or respectful at all.

Don't go with children.

We needed to spend the night after arriving at the airport and the next departure of the ferry Kos Town-Patmos, in the end it is not an exceptional place, because it is poorly maintained, in addition they gave us (with the empty hotel) the room on the first floor that overlooked a busy road, but the night you can spend it safe, attention to mosquitoes.

One night at most.

Extremely clean and great positioned place. If you have a car you can park on the street in front of your apartment. Almost in the city center so you don’t need a car. Highly recommend because of cleanliness and friendly owner approach.
If I visit again this beautiful Island I will reserve the same place! 👍

Stayed for a week.

Pros:
- Cheap!
- In the center of Kos
- Close to nice beaches
- Close to car rentals / bikes
- Nice hosts

Cons:
- Super hard/uncomfortable bed
-VERY loud traffic from the nearby street
- Loud inside the resident (doors slamming and paperthing walls it seems)

Conclusion:
Would stay for the low cost, but a week was too much as we did not sleep well at all.

Mixed experience

Comfortable apartment with essential services, very clean and with cleaning and changing service on alternate days air conditioning very functional and so much availability and professionalism from the operator that I thank for the attention to meet as much as possible ns requests, on arrival, ns flight was delayed by 4 hours and waited until about 2 o'clock at night although the reception remains open until 22 o'clock

Good accommodation at fair prices

The owner was very nice, supermarket in the same building, moped, bicycle, quad rental opposite. Every two days the room was cleaned.

Good price performance ratio

Absolutely amazing place to visit.
Outstanding customer service and very friendly.
Our flight was late at night and the gentleman waited for us to arrive at midnight with no additional cost.
The place was immaculate and tidy. There is everything in the apartments from wardrobes, hangers, blankets to all cutlury, pans and pots. The only thing I could say is that the shower was a bit narrow. But the design of the bathroom overall was good. AC quite strong as well.
Thank you for the wonderful visit! I will definitely recommend this accomodation for its price. Good value for money.
