The really helpful and friendly Eleni owns these apartments. They are set in beautiful gardens and from the balcony of some of these you get a view to the sea. Apartments are simple but very comfortable, homely and spacious. There is also air conditioning. Highly recommended for the friendly service, quiet area but still close enough to walk to Kos Town.

The area of Lambi has a could of relaxed beaches with pleasant bars set back under shaded trees.

Just a few steps from the beach and not far from the main town of Kos. It offers basic comfort at moderate prices. Ideal solution if you are driving a car and need to be out of the most touristic venues.

The apartments are in Lambi, the western outskirts of Kos Town, near the sea. We arrived in the evening, but it was always a little warmer, the Internet just didn't work! Attention to activating the two rooms with the key near the door! The apartment has a little old furnishings, I would say, simple but very spacious and bright. The structure is simple, but comfortable and clean. We stayed here for two weeks, Eleni the owner is kind and willing to meet any need, it is located near the sea by public transport and supermarket.

Simple but beautiful

We stayed here for 7 nights. The hostess was very kind and supportive, she took care of all our requests, even escorting us to kos town for our return home. The facility is immersed in greenery, between cows and cats. It's far enough away from the noise of the city, but still easily accessible by motorbike. The beaches and supermarkets are very close to the facility. The rooms are clean and air-conditioned. Comfortable and with a view of the ground or garden. The Wi-Fi only takes in the yard, but in my opinion it's the best thing to do to get away from the routine of the phone, and to be able to spend a nice half hour in the garden if you need the Wi-Fi. The price ratio is really excellent.

I stayed in these studios for 8 nights during the week of August. Eleni, the housewife, makes you feel like a cashier trying to meet your every request or need. Excellent quality price report, I contacted Eleni directly for the booking saving a lot on the price.
