Absolutely perfect.

Our flight arrived early but Madeleine messaged us to say we could come to the property as it was ready for us.

On arrival Madeleine showed us to our lovely room with large balcony.  She said that if we like her husband Stavros would drive us to the village so as to stock up on heavy supplies such food & water etc.  So kind as it was 30+ degrees.

We were given room 3 on the first floor which had a good view towards the beach.
The shower was excellent, there was a fridge freezer, hairdryer, iron & good WiFi everywhere.

The maid came in every second day & changed the towels, bedding etc.  So thoughtful.

The pool was a good size, enough for a bit of exercise, while the pool furniture and general area was very good.

It was just a minute or two’s walk to the beautiful harbour where local fishing boats were moored.

The tower was less than a minute from the property & a great spot for pictures.

Nea Fokea was great if you wanted peace & quiet with enough restaurants either on the seafront or in the stone square to fill a week or more.

Madeleine & Stavros are wonderful hosts who really care & keep the whole place clean & tidy.

I really recommend staying at Villa Madeleine.

Lovely place in a beautiful village.

My AC was broken, the wifi being high speed is a lie as it barely worked for my entire family (and when it did work it was extremely slow). Many mounted objects like toilet paper holders and door knobs are poorly screwed and almost fell off, the shower had a minor leak, and all of the doors are somewhat difficult to open. When we got here we got the wrong kind of room. The only upsides are the pool, which doesnt use chlorine which is appreciated, and that the area is very nice.

Pretty bad experience

We spent 4 nights here and we had the accommodation on the ground floor. Clean room and with a very new air conditioner and refrigerator, kitchen with dishes and everything else. Welcome to a bottle of wine (very good) as welcome. Possibility of very comfortable parking and swimming pool with a very nice view both in the morning and at sunset! We had a really pleasant stopover in Nea Fokea also thanks to all the information that Madeleine, in a very good Italian, gave us about restaurants, beaches and restaurants! With her descriptions we could see what we liked the most without bad surprises! Thank you for everything!!!

Something special!

Nice and clean, the bathroom is absolutely new, comfort beds, very beautifull garden and clean pool! The terrace and the sea view gorgeous. Madelein is the perfect host and we will definitely come back again!

Amaizing

Helpful owners - they provided useful info about the area and the best restaurants.
The room was clean and had a nice sea view.
The location was also good - in a quiet area but the taverns and the sea were nearby - 3 mins walk.

Good value

Nice, modern, clean & peaceful place where you can energize yourself. 
The host, Ms.Madeleine is more than willing to help you with whatever you may need. 
She has even prepared a wine as a welcome gift for our weekend. 
Recently, they have renovated mostly of the apartments with new bathrooms tiles, new modern refrigerators and even they build a new pool... 
Clean Towels as well as kitchen amenities are available. 
Parking space is also available. 
In 100+ meters there as a excellent Greek traditional restaurant, where you should definitely go, Nea Fokea is fishing place after alll...

Excellent location for relaxation

The rooms are nice, with newly renovated shower rooms with good new sanitation. The well-maintained area with a great swimming pool and barbecue! The cleaning in the rooms is not very good. And in August there are many mosquitoes. The very friendly hosts who will tell you all about the local attractions. The best rooms in my opinion are 7 and 8. Wi-fi only works on the balconies or in the area near the pool and the children's playground. There is free parking. When you arrive in the room you had a bottle of good Greek wine.

That's a great place to be.

If you want to visit a great area, to have a real rest and unforgettable vacation - this is your place, this is the Villa for you. We just came back from there - we were a group of 11 adults and 2 small kids. The first reason to choose the place was because our kids were at the international camp close by Villa Madeleine. Now after one week there I can go back just to enjoy one more time a real rest and good time with my friends. It is very high as a service quality, cleaness and the exceptional and warm attitude of the owners of the place. So warm and so helpful people!!! It is close to the beach, close to the small taverns in the area, wonderful swimming pool in the villa itself. Honestly we reached the sea only twice as we had such a good time in the villa's swimming pool. They cleaned our room every second day so good that first time I could not believe it. I did not experince such a service even in 4 stars hotels. Quiet area, clean rooms, beautiful view. Recently they renovated the bathrooms and replaced the beds in some of the rooms, may be they will continue replacing the beds and in the rest of the rooms. May be if you are a party animal, the area will be too quiet for you but if you just want some quiet and private time away from the crowds and the noise this is your place, Don not miss it!!!

Exceptional

the people were very kind and helpful with information and services, great location, wonderful pool and great owner! Good for families, group of friends, very close to restaurants, the beach and the marina. the byzantine tower in front an extra plus!

excellent location, service, staff and pool!

The only unpleasant nuance is the mosquitoes! But the hostess herself gave us a napkin and a fumigator, even if the tables on the doors of the counter did not interfere, and we had a mosquito cushion with the counter, but this was the taste of life before) It was a pleasure to sit on the terrace surrounded by palm trees and admire the sunset and the nature around us!
