Further to my earlier review, which was positive, the only ccaveat was that it could be a little noisy as it was close to the road.  Since then the rooms on the second floor have had very effective double glazing fitted, so the one slight problem of noise has now gone. Earplugs no longer necessary. All the positive comments still apply.

We have stayed here for three years consecutively and love it more every time. At 30 euros a night, you can't beat it. Walking distance from the beach, and downtown Poros. Panagioti (the owner) is a great person and very accomoda A great choice. We will definitely be back next year.

Great Stay at Great Price

The studios are located 5 min by car from the main Poros port and town. A suitable place to stay at. Clean rooms, a bit tight though, but acceptable. Nice neighborhood, sea view, especially in the morning, is breathtaking. The studio has a small kitchenette, two twin beds, a closet and a balcony. The studios has no Wifi at all!

Suitable hotel near/far to Poros Town

Stayed at the studios for the second year running. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Nice modern clean rooms, with cooking facilities and stunning sea views. Competitively priced. Able to use the pool at the nearby Niki Village.  Will be returning next year. 

Smashing family run Studio Apartments

We have been going to Poros for more years than I care to remember and have stayed at a wide range of hotels, rooms and apartments.  Several years ago we found Drossinos Apartments and have been staying there ever since.  

The apartments are simple but have all the basic amenities (fridge, air conditioning, electric hob) and are very reasonably priced.  They have always been very clean and well kept.  Some apartments have recently been refurbished and upgraded and are very modern; these are on the second floor (described, unusually as floor B eg first floor rooms 1A, 2A etc. second floor 1B, 2B etc.)  The apartments are on the road overlooking the sea near Canali and have a great view from the rooms at the front They can be a little noisy, but this is true of most of the seafront properties (we just take earplugs).

We were there in June and Mr Drossinos was in the process of having a lift installed, to make the experience even better.  We will be back there again at the end of August and are looking forward to the luxury of the lift (particularly as I have a heavy and bulky water ski bag to manoeuvre.)  

The bus into Poros town passes the front door, but it is a very pleasant 10-15 minute stroll into the centre in the evening. There are also tavernas within a 5 minute stroll of the rooms, including the popular Spiros taverna which is just across the road on the seafront.
