Somewhere you feel it. This is a very nice place in tranquil part of Rodos old town.
Away from the crowds and touristic scene. I really liked the company of the owner and all the guests that happened to stay here at same time.
Rooms are cosy with a feeling you might have had traveling to greece first time in 80s.
That was something i was looking for. No dresscode, just swimwear, book and glass of ouzo. 
Like being at home on holidays.

Home sweet home

Te owner is so kind. We had a great time in Stathis. No AC but we did not need it, there is allways gentle breez on Rhodos. We will definitely come back to the island and Stathis. Not a place for everyone, but we are not needy, so it was perfect.

We loved it

reasonably good except it was without air-con. quite warm at night until passed mid-night then weather turned cool. location was good (5 minutes walk from old town square). host was friendly. premises were relatively clean.

It's basically a hostel, because the convenience is all on the street, as they say, that is, not in the room, but you actually go out into the yard and there are three to choose from combined shower with toilet. I got this half-duplex right under the household rooms with a small window into the inner yard, but from nice little things, right by the bed there's a sink.

The colour of old Rhodes

I stayed with my boyfriend at this facility for three nights in September. The rooms are developed around an indoor courtyard and an outdoor hallway that is located under the owners' home. The rooms are provided only with the minimum necessary and the bathrooms are common but despite this there is never crowding and silence and quiet prevail. Unfortunately the kitchen is not equipped with ovens (or maybe they were not usable only for that period) but you can use a refrigerator and various dishes. The managers are very friendly and available, they explained everything we needed and they booked us a car at a cheap car rental to avoid wasting time.

Perfect for a low-cost vacation.

The room was very spacious and offered the main services (sandwich, towels and ventilator). Very nice the shared courtyard, equipped with tables and a equipped kitchen. Although check-in could only be done from 13:00, we were able to deposit our luggage in a safe since the morning.
