Three of us stayed at this apartment.  The studio room was spacious and very clean.  The room was cleaned and towels changed everyday.  We had a beautiful terraced area with sun beds, where we spent  a lot of our time chilling.  The A/C also worked well.  

Location is excellent with ample restaurants and bars in close proximity and a few minutes’ walk to the beach.  The tourist attractions and shopping were approximately a ten minute walk.

The hosts were lovely and friendly. The only slight thing was the shower sometimes wet the the floor, but still overall excellent value for money and would definitely recommend and return.

Great value for money and clean room

We have spent there a lovely family holiday. Rooms were really clean ( we were surprised that they have been cleaning it every single day) which was really nice! Everybody were really friendly. Apartments are based 3 minutes walking distance to the beach and downstairs you have all restaurants. We would definitely come back there

Nice and clean

For the low season stay in mid-October 2019 I chose this structure mainly for the strategic location and for the affordable price. The staff must say that it was always very nice. For the rest the small monolocal in October was also quite hot but with the windows open a lot of mosquitoes came in. The positive aspect is the fact that daily the staff went to arrange the beds and, if necessary, replace the towels and the presence of a small balcony that is always convenient..even if you find a plastic water bottle welcome a carnival that is usually there after hours of travel and movements. Aspects to be reviewed: the free access to the monolocal door is old and quite fragile structurally; the element that needs to be replaced is the cooking (sport and the toilet seat would be very short, but if we say the electric chair would be attached with a short seat, but if we have a spare seat, the bathroom would always be a very convenient solution);

It's an economic solution, very nice staff!!!

Not a welcoming start. The room wasn't clean in arrival was foul. It came around clean but a further 2 times the room was starting to be cleaned at 5.30pm! The time that is not suitable at all. Especially when you want to shower and change ready for dinner. Reception isn't manned no-one is offering any advice or recommendations for a solo person. The room had ants and the bed felt like it had creepy crawlies. You must pay extra for a safe and extra for air con. One day my room was left unlocked by a cleaner! Overall it was poor. I would recommend finding something that is more higher in stars

Not recommended for solo

We stayed with friends who also had a room for three, the good points were only about the cleanliness and the daily passage of housewives, for the rest the neighborhood is a huge tourist nest far away from the beauty of the old town, no soundproofing, an extra 45€ for the climate that is absolutely essential this season and only in cash!!!! The key is that it was running very badly with a terrible noise. We asked for a rental car for 6, the manager announced to us with the smile 160€ a day, I quickly found the same price for 4 days alone, thanks for the super hotel rate!!!

Very disappointed

The people working there are nice but you have to pay additional fee for A/C and safety deposit box. 
The apartment has all you need and it's very clean.
Good location.
Poor view from the balcony. You just look at the construction yard and other building.
But it's very noisy and you can see everything in the hallway.  Therefore it's almost impossible to fall a sleep before 1:30 - 2 am.

I really have never seen such a devoted commited owner and such a excellent  great customer service on top of a  great location and decent apartments with everything you will  need plus its cheap i recommend you call the hotel straight she wil give you a better price then you will find online

The reception is in the supermarket below... a hotel for those who have little needs... cheap and in a good location, clean enough. air conditioning option at an additional cost. bring plates x mosquitoes, few but plenty.

residence x families

The rooms are spacious, with balcony and free wifi; the bathroom is a bit small and disappointing (e.g. no shower box, no soaps), the air conditioning is for a fee (€7 per day), as well as the safety box. The cleaning is not the best, we found dust, some rejections from previous tenants and the sheets were a bit dirty. The staff is courteous and available.

Economy, few claims

The staff were very kind, they kept our luggage for 2 days during our stay in Kastellorizo, which I absolutely recommend for a period of relaxation, e.g. on the day of departure they kept our luggage for a few hours. Pretty good position, close to a beach that I do not recommend, but just a few meters to the right towards the Mandraki port and the scene changes. We stayed one night, maybe that's why they gave us a very spacious apartment, facing the inside of the structure, with a view from the outside, which gave an impression of poor cleanliness (they did not provide us with a bathroom set).
