We stayed in 5 different places on our trip. This was one of the best and the best value for money. By the beach but yet with some privacy. 

Studio apartment has all that is needed. Most important good air con, nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Convenient parking too

The owners kindly enough added an extra bed and cot for our kids.

Kalamitsi is a small town, so one week should be more than enough. We stayed 4 days.

Great little gem in Greece!

Heuer was here for the second time with a small child for almost two weeks. We felt very comfortable again - pleasant, family guided tour, bungalows very clean (every 3 days everything is thoroughly cleaned), the related restaurant serves the best food in Kalamitsi - clearly (recommendation filled beef with real, hand-cut potatoes)! Price performance fits perfectly, location again top anyway. We come.

Second time here - certainly not the last time

I stayed here with my family for one week. This is a small tavern with bungalows run by a family of four. They are very hospitable and they made us feel like we are also part of the family! Our room was very clean and we were provided with everything that we needed this week. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the prices were reasonable , so we didnt have to dine elsewhere. Our favourite dishes were the green salad with chicken and pasta with shrimps.

We had booked three months before the trip directly through the homepage of Ammos, thankfully there was still a little space. From the beginning a very friendly and clear communication. Then we had gotten a bungalow with two rooms with our little daughter (shared through an open arc) - babybed u high chair were already provided. Very clean - complete cleaning u fresh towels every three days. The operating family speaks very well German and English. Very family friendly and relaxed atmosphere, especially we liked the area (super games for children) and the very good first meal in the restaurant. We actually chose the Wies for dinner, but just because of the water and the good mood.

Relaxed, family, vacation.

We were guests at the facility in August 2016. Dimitra and her family were very kind and available at all times. We feel at home. The accommodation, with a nice lawn in front, is very clean beyond all expectations. Absolutely recommended especially for families with small children. Thanks again to Dimitra and family for the warmth shown.

The apartments are high-end, the food is top and the staff is totally nice. Simple vacation and relaxation. Also comes the superb view. Also the breakfast is really nice. So you can start the day. Even if there are any problems, someone is immediately there.

First of all, Kalamitsi is the ideal place for people who need to rest, without all that stores with chinese stuff, noisy popular music, noisy cars, motorcycles.... Just perfect sea with perfect beach, few taverns and caffes, one gyros,  and two markets. And just few steps from the beach is Ammos, very nice bungalows with the beautiful grass between them and tavern with family ambient. Hosts, Dimitra and her family are very kind people, they will help you with everything you need. All recommendations for Ammos, i hope i will get there back again.

A place for family and friends. Nice, simple, very clean, very friendly.
Near all that's important: the beach, the food and the people.
Hosts are warm and welcoming. They speak English and German (besides Greek, of course). 
Accommodation is spacious, some small open space kitchen in the living, a bedroom, bathroom. All very clean and nice. Airco is available. 
Outside the bungalow is a nice internal yard where the kids can play.
They have also a restaurant 5 meters from the beach. The Food (yes, capital letter) is goood and plenty. Prices are more than decent.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

The place made me.

This is not your average Greek tavern, it's quite a classy restaurant with very good Greek cuisine. You can get both the "classic" seafood dishes but also some very good moussaka for example. Very romantic at night, quiet, we've really enjoyed this place and hope to be back!

Great and classy restaurant

Just a pure vacation. Food is very good, accommodation is also. If someone is looking for relaxation with a feeling, this is the place to be. I can't stop cheering. I went to the Ammos family in Kalamitsi for the second time and will go there a third time. Rest with everything going on. Without if and but. The only thing that might keep some people from going there are the 150 kilometers from the airport. But once you get there after two hours, you'll be forgiven in every way. I'm someone who's been to many countries and places, never twice the same warmth, but Ammos Kalamitsi is always worth a trip. This family I haven't felt anywhere. The bungalows and other things were generally not worth the money.
