Constantine and his family are adorable people. The livery is a small paradise, immersed in a lagoon. Very evocative, peculiar landscape. You can walk through it and get to the beach in front. Our house was located on the first floor in front of the lagoon.

Oasis of peace

This hotel has a great view to the sea, a fabulous garden, free barbeque for the costumers and tables and chairs all over the garden. The sea in front of the rooms has only 30-40 cm depth and it is only suitable for small children to play with the water. (It is laike a lagoon), but there are many beaches near to go swim( by car). The rooms are clean (could be cleaner) and have a few kitchen amentities.
Be prepared for many many mosquitoes and bring with you lotions ( the room provides you machine for mosquito tablets).

We have not visited accomodation,only the beach.It looks interesting with all the sandbanks.Water is very worm and very shallow.I did not like the smell of stagnant water.In the shallowest water is lot of grass.We made nice pictures and went on.

the owners are nice people who gave us helpful advises and helped to wash our car before check out the panoramic seaview to the Athos montain is very beautiful it was cleaned everyday

However, it's located near very noisy main road, the noise can be eliminated only if you close all the windows and doors(seems they have noise reduction glass) you have 1-1.5 hours less of sunshine at the evening because the studios are right under the mountain, so while in Vourvourou or Ormos people are enjoying the evening sun and the sunset, here you are having an evening without the sun power outlet in the bathroom was able to drop from it's socket and hangs on wires(which is unsafe) extremely small wardrobe with absolutely no shelves many wasps, biting flies and moscitos on the premises the kitchen was not well equipped, it missed a waste bin and "a stand under the hot" the "kitchenette" is really inconvenient to operate the seashore is NOT a beach, you need to walk about 50-100 meters on shallow waters to get to sand spits and it's actually a firth, so the waters are not very clean and any of the nearby beaches in Vourvourou or Ormos are better. we booked a staying for 9 nights, but our first impression was to check out immediately, but it appears that we have to pay a penalty 50% of all the nights we would have cancelled, so we have to stay, because otherwise we would have lost money for nothing (my claim to Booking.com didn't helped either) As a summary, this studios are not for a long staying, only for a couple of days.

not as good as advertised, located on a noisy road

I have been to Livari twice, once in 2015 and once in 2016.
In 2015, I've stayed on the ground floor with direct access to the beautiful garden. I was impressed by the location as the studios are near the water. The property has access to a small golf with shallow waters and interesting creatures (coloured fishes, medusas a.s.o.). You can walk all over this golf, as the water is no deeper than 30 cm. Children can play safely on the waterside and if you feel the need to go swimming, this golf ends in a sand line and afterwards comes the actual sea with deeper waters.
The room is large for 2 adults, one child and all the complementary luggage. The place is quiet and peaceful.

In 2016, we were accomodated first floor and the room did not seem to be so large. Maybe it was because we were 2 adults and 2 children with luggage. Somehow, it did not seem to be as clean also, but maybe it was just my impression.
Nevertheless, the room was filled with over 50 mosquitos (I assumed the room has not been used recently and the mosquitos came in for the chill and shadow?) and we had to buy a spray, seal all windows and suffocate them all. Of course, afterwards I had to clean all dead mosquitos from the bed, floor and so on...

Nice place for family vacation

The studios are very well maintained, the owners are very responsive and helpful. The rooms are of decent size, all have balconies looking to the sea. All rooms have free wi-fi & air conditioning. I can't think of something that I didn't like.
