Very small room, in two there is no room, terrible bath, very small, sea close and really beautiful for the price is obvious that you can't expect anything. Very little. The center is purely touristic, from restaurants to fast food, everything for tourists in Greece is really little. I recommend going to the sea early in the morning, wonderful sea and the same climate. August 2013 although I have to put a wrong date.

Let's just forget about it.

It's located in the center of Neos Marmaras, so it's convenient for both the sea and for going out in the evening, close to the beach, within walking distance of 2 minutes, the room was air conditioned, refrigerated, bathroom, balcony.

Positive experience

In this lovely hotel (Greece, Chalkidiki, Sithonia, Neos Marmaras) we spent 12 amazing days. I want to point out right away: the hotel is very budget-friendly. But, at the same time, it's very nice. In a two-room with a kitchen block there was everything you need: a comfortable bed, a closet for clothes, a small bathroom, a TV (which we never watch) refrigerator, a power plant, essential dishes. There is a small balcony with a side view of the sea where we had breakfast. There is also a remarkable inner courtyard with a barbecue if you need it, and tables.

Aunt Vulla's spiritual home.

The location of the building is excellent, just a few steps from the sea and the centre of the village. The address is not very indicative because many streets are called this and it was difficult to find it also because the structure is not very well known to the residents so even asking we wasted a lot of time. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are narrow but the air conditioning works well as well as the wifi and you can count on the availability of the owners for anything.

Good position

The studio is located on a climbing road adjacent to the football field of Neos Marmaras. We struggled a bit to find it because there is no outdoor sign on it but you will find it referring to the football field. It is located practically in the center of Neos Marmaras, the only town in Sithonia where there is nightlife, it is close to the beach about 100m, and to all the shops, markets, taverns, our room was quite spacious while that of our friends was very narrow, they have air conditioning, refrigerators, bathroom without windows, balcony where we could sleep.
