We stayed for a week and we were more than happy in all aspects.Comfortable, clean and equipped studios, balconies with breathtaking sea views but above all the owners were very kind and available at any request, they also provided us with a washing machine and detergent.

I've never met such kind people.

We were on vacation in this studio with friends taking up to four rooms. We were always greeted kindly and willingly by Dimitri and his mother Stefania ready to accept any request we made. The rooms and underwear were always perfectly clean and equipped with all the comforts. Our room on the top floor had a stunning view.

What a lovely vacation.

Unfortunately, when we returned from the holidays, we remember with pleasure the kindness and splendid hospitality that Mrs. Stefania and her son Dimitri provided us with.

Accommodation in Neos Marmaras

I strongly recommend stefanias studios. very very clean rooms, everything you will need with amazing view. A very lovely lady asking you always if its everything fine. nice veranda with a view. in the centre of Marmaras but you will need a car to travel around sithonia.

AMAZING VIEW!!!

Wonderful place… We stayed in a 3-bed studio on the top floor, with a magnificent sea view. The balconies are not connected and they are pretty spacious, so you have a feeling that you are in your own paradise.  The studio is very clean, and it has everything you need. The owner is a very nice lady who had a solution for every our problem. We were also  amazed with the hospitality – we had been several times in Greece before, but this was the first time that we met the traditional Greek hospitality. For the welcome, we were offered vine, juice, fruit, and fresh domestic  cheese pie. In the room, there was coffee and cold water for the welcome, mosquito repellent (both for indoor and outdoor) and a dish sponge and detergent, which is very useful  for the first day of staying. The bathroom is small but, again, very clean. The cleaning and changing sheets and towels was every third day.… In the nights, it is quiet, and in the mornings, you can hear seagulls...  And just to mention,  the building has an elevator…

Your own paradise

The place is fantastic.. Just a short drive from the city of Thesalloniki... we arrived early in the evening to a wonderfully comfortable room with fantastic views.... AC was a blessing !!!. Rooms were very clean, large and comfortable. The family who run the apartments greeted us in true Greek style and were a fantastic help for the whole stay. This seems to be where the Greeks  holiday !! - great food, night life, and we had no problem with not being able to speak Greek and the locals were always willing to speak to us in English. Ideal for evening walks along the water. This place is within stone throwing distance from a variety of beaches.

The things a dream Greek holiday are made of....

We are staying in these rooms every time we go to Halkidiki. The view is amazing! The rooms are really comfortable and very clean. They are the best equipped rooms I've ever stayed during holidays; from anti mosquito tablets to coffee, dishes and pretty much anything we needed. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. You need a car to go to the beach but the location is perfect for exploring Halkidiki.
