Disgusted by the behaviour of the members of staff at White Pearl Pefkohori. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The staff members are rude, stuck up and not genuine at all. They cancelled a family holiday for 9 people as they "felt offended" by a customer quoting back that White Pearl mentioned 2 pm check out instead of 12. Then after politely calling and explaining that they are cancelling an 86 year old grandmas holiday booling they finally agreed to reinstate the booking. 2 days of polite exchanges via whatsapp and call and they then claim they have cancelled and will not accept the clients who had paid a deposits and were polite throughout all contacts. I have proof of all exchanges before you lie again!
I am not only extremely dissapointed at their lying, manipulative ways, I would recommend nobody uses this hotel/ service ever!

Extremely bad customer service

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Booked a villa for 9 of my family members to stay during my wedding week and experienced the most impolite, arrogant, disgusting behaviour from both their managers (male and female).

Not only do they allow you to book through Booking.com, one of the most reputable online companies, they mislead and cheat you, cancelling your booking without notice and theres nothing Booking.com can do about it. If you have questions regarding your booking, don't bother asking them as they simply cannot deal with questions in the manner in which is expected. They were rude and confrontational and were offended because we asked if we could extend our check out time, then spoke to us with such disrespect when we tried to agree to their demands. We confirmed the booking, paid a deposit, agreed in writing to a 2pm check out as stated on the Booking.com website which they then changed to 12pm, then our booking was suddenly cancelled without informing us because we asked a simple question regarding our agreed check out time. Their behaviour was disgraceful and customer service non existent.

I attempted to contact them directly to discuss the unauthorised cancellation and they informed me that they would refuse to speak to us or have us stay and our deposit was being refunded without as much as a valid reason. Their complete lack of empathy, remorse and desire to help us knowing they had left us stranded is despicable behaviour. Do not be fooled by the lavish look of this place. The customer service is what makes your holiday accommodation special and enjoyable not the place itself and due to their inconsiderate, awful, deceitful manner this place earns its place at the bottom of the pile for customer service out of all the places i have visited.

Experienced traveller experiencing worst customer service to date!

I can not express how much upset and distress White Pearl Villas Pefkochori have caused me and my family. I am absolutely disgusted how you have treated us.

I made my booking through booking.com as my sister is getting married. The villa was booked for 9 quest including an elderly 86 year old grandmother who will travel from Cyprus to be at her nieces wedding and with her family. My booking confirmation was all fine until white pearl decided to change my check out from 2:00PM as to my booking (and paid for) to 12PM. 

First of all they gave me the excuse it was all due to Covid however the villa was not able to provide evidence to me at the time of booking this could change. I later found out through booking.com they have taken another booking. 

In results to this they have shown racist actions against my partner as he has a Muslim surname and they have also discriminated against my partner due to the fact they didn’t like the look of his muscles. IF YOU GO TO THE GYM DO NOT BOOK HERE AND IF YOU ARE MUSLIM!!!!! It is a disgrace that my own culture have shown such action. 

White Pearl were fully aware that all communication was from me and NOT MY PARTNER which they have tried to use as an excuse to cancel our booking. Further more the villa decides to contact me directly on WhatsApp telling me they are cancelling my booking and sending alternative accommodation which was to a lower standard, away from all family members, the bride and no consideration to an 86 year old grandmothers needs. 

The Villa was not even able to provide any evidence that they had the right to change my booking. Booking.com also confirmed it is against their policy they have with them however my booking has been cancelled and have left me , my grandmother and 7 other people without accommodation for my sister wedding. 

I will be taking matters further as I have ALL evidence of your revolting, customer service. I will be making a complaint to booking.com and I will also report to trading standards. I have also requested such a disgrace of a company to be removed.  Booking.com should remove themselves from this company. 

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT BOOK AS THEY ARE RACIST, DISCRIMINATE ON HOW YOU LOOK, CHANGE YOUR BOOKING WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION, LAIRS TO SUIT THEM, RUDE, REVOLTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, CANCEL YOUR BOOKING AND LEAVE YOU WITH NO ACCOMMODATION!!!!

Revolting Customer service and a disgrace

I would like two more stars for My review! A dream place! The people here were Incredible! A great family, the place is Amazing, you don’t want to leave! Very clean, they change your towels every Day! A basket with Fruits was expecting us when We arrived! Their restaurant And beach-bar are also great with good food And great people! If you ask me for one Bad thing i don’t have one to Tell. I would encourage Everyone to come And have a great time there. We will deffinetly return!

An Amazing holiday!

The house was very clean and the traffic outside couldn't be heard which was our main concern when we were making the reservation. The pool is nice and clean. The house has a beautiful exterior. And everything good stops here.
First of all the house is not comfortable at all for 5 families with children - there are only 3 bathrooms and this was really a problem with all these people. One of the rooms practically has no wardrobe. The rooms are not spacious and you basically have enough space around the bed to pass by. Not a "luxury villa" by any definition. Also the living room is super small, so one of the evenings when it was raining outside we couldn't manage to gather around the table. Another issue was that the air conditioners were always making trouble. One of the couples couldn't use theirs at all as the air flow was coming right towards their heads when they were sleeping and this couldn't be fixed. The air conditioners were too strong and you cannot sleep in there while they are on and if you turn them off it gets unbearably hot esp. on the upper floor. We also didn't have warm water for all the people in the first two nights. The host forgot to turn the heater on. Another one - there was only one remote control for the garage door which required constant stress and organization between the guests for where to keep the key. There were no keys inside the house so you couldn't lock your room or even lock yourself in the bathroom so we had to think of ways to have some privacy while showering, etc. Note, the main bathroom is right next to the dining table and it is not uncommon to see the shadow of people who are taking a shower or doing their thing on the matte glass window.
There was no private beach as it was mentioned in the description of the villas. 
In the last few nights new neighbors came and they were making so much noise (there are 4 identical houses literally side-by-side). The police came to check them as there was a party and they were screaming and singing and our kids were really bothered. So if you are going there with a child keep in mind that the neighbors could be noisy and there is nothing that keeps the noise from you.
The house cleaners were very impudent! Once they were coming to clean they were shouting and acting like you are the one who bothers them with your presence instead of just doing their job - we preferred for them not to come at all but they were always there, everyday. It was common for the cleaning ladies to be rude and scream at us in some foreign language (not English or Greek) while we were having breakfast. Naturally we didn't understand and had to just sit and wait in awkward silence.
On the last day they came in at 9 AM although it was said that the checkout is from 12-14:30h. They started cleaning and preparing the house for the next people and we felt like we were kicked out.
Yes, the host was very cooperative and she tried to fix all the problems but there is a lot more that needs to be improved, so you could have a normal vacation. For example, the Wi-Fi was a pain to work with so I had to use my phone's roaming plan to do my job. Maybe upgrade to a better internet package?
The host has a side business - a nearby restaurant and can deliver meals to the villa. Unfortunately the food quality was subpar especially for the price tag. I would suggest checking out some of the restaurants in Pefkohori (tip: stay away from the taverns on the pedestrian street by the beach).
We wouldn't recommend the house - for the money that you are spending there you really should get a luxury experience and the one we had wasn't such at all.
