When you walk into the hotel it looks nice but the rooms are really soft mattresses you think you're just missing the floor to sleep the room smells like curtains o o o o o o o o whenever the balcony door breaks the air conditioning doesn't work at all in the bathroom every corner is molded cleaned a foreign word everywhere dust breakfast is nothing special in general disappointed only the location is top never the hotel needs to be completely renovated again

Bad hotel.

the hotel located in a nice area and is very clean the facilities are quite good but the breakfast is so basic the staff was very helpful and friendly there is free parking place around and safe good choice

For the price of this hotel I was very impressed. The room was large with a couch, robe, slippers, 2 TV’s and a wrap around balcony. The price also included buffet breakfast which, for the price, was adequate. It is only a few mins walk to shops and restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic hotel

If you do not need internet connection or if you  don't mind the breakfast you can stay at this hotel!!!!
  10 years ago i could use wifi at 3 star hotel but in 2022  it is impossible to use wifi here. Staff is ok. Breakfast is really poor even i do not eat so much. 

A Panorama hotel without internet connection...

The hotel is located in the north suburb of Thessaloniki called Panorama and is a little bit hard to find.
Te hotel itself from the outside looks like a typical hotel but from the inside looks very nice and well preserved.
The room was great, spacious and clean.
The balcony was very big with amazing views
Bed was really comfortable and big and bathroom was also very clean and looked new.
Breakfast was also great with lots of fresh choices. Wifi was also working properly.
The negatives were the elevator which was somehow dated and dirty, the location of the hotel which is around 10 km from the center ot the town and the staff which looked very bored. There is no parking spot so you park your car everywhere you will find available.
The price is a little bit high and although we went directly to the reception it had the same price as in booking.com
We will definitely visit this hotel again in the future

One night!!

The hotel is located in the centre of Thessaloniki (with a 20-minute drive) and is therefore quite quiet.Little buffet (you are served /covid 19 requires)..with salt and sugar.Large and quiet room.Good bed.Free parking and on the street.Taxi station at the bottom of the hotel.Staff very proficient and efficient.

Very good

This is my second stay at the Pefka, and it was brilliant. I asked for a mountain view, and I was given a lovely view from the third floor. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was friendly and hard-working. My double room was clean and comfortable, and it is a $25EUR taxi ride from the airport. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and most offer speedy delivery to the hotel. A late checkout room was easy to arrange with the accommodating staff. Recommended.

Excellent!

We stayed here as we had a hospital appointment in Thessaloniki. I had emailed in advance to ask for a room with a mountain view - unfortunately I did not get a room with a view and instead had a room facing the road.

The room is very basic - no kettle, no safe, no iron (I think you can borrow an iron from reception). We took our own kettle. The room was very clean, but Covid meant the maids aren't allowed to come in and clean. This was fine for a three-night stay, and you can ask for the bin to be changed, fresh towels, etc. The wi-fi was strong enough to stream.

The reception staff and breakfast room staff are lovely and helpful.

The air conditioning was not very strong, and we felt hot and uncomfortable when it was 41 degrees outside.

The room seemed to be on a slight incline, and I was gently sliding down the bed when I lay on it. The sleep quality was poor as the bed felt tilted and the air con was ineffective.

Breakfast was adequate - the lady will serve you due to Covid. We had egg and sausage on toast, with Greek yoghurt, coffee and juice each day.

An easy walk takes you to shops, bars and restaurants which were good.

A taxi to Thessaloniki (Kalamaria) was around 12 EUR, and to the airport was 25 EUR.

I would rate this as a solid 3.5 stars, and would consider staying again due to the nice staff and cleanliness.

No frills accommodation

An old, poorly renovated hotel on a nice otherwise location.
Room space is good but with poor sleeping quality because it has soft beds that hurt your back. Cleanliness is good.
Breakfast is very basic and bad quality.
Internet is a joke, no way you can work, I used my 4G.
For a short stay on a price of €50/night it’s ok, otherwise skip.

Not for business travelers

It is highly recommended if you go by car, as it is far from the centre of Thessaloniki. Free outdoor parking included. The price is unbeatable for the quality offered, as well as the breakfast. The rooms are refurbished although it could be improved, without complaining. I always try to make opinions about the country, I think you can't ask for the same from a hotel in Greece, as in Germany or Indonesia.
