Loved our stay!! Our room was perfect, AC was a must with the high temps. Great location to explore the island on foot, by bus and ATV. The staff were amazing, so sweet and helpful! Highly recommend!

Pleasant discovery

Very good food and wonderful views! Rooms are modern and beautifully decorated. Very nice service. Aego Spa is great, Maria and Dimitri did a great job and I had a wonderful massage. Now I can start the holidays restored! Thank you!

A wonderful spa.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast but not very varied. Not too clean room, towels always stained. Great location, just a short walk from Thira and great taverns (recommended Katerina's traditional tavern).

Comfortable in the center

Location is not bad once you find it, because it is in a back alley of the mainroad. It's 300m from bus stop to north as well as to the south. Plenty of foods, mini market and bakeries. 
Room is a good size however the furniture is really like thrown in there, electrical cables dangling. The worst is the condition of the bathroom: shower stall is TINY! Literally about 50x50cm. I hate it when the shower curtain sticks to my body while showering so I let it opened. Ofcourse water splashed out and made entire bathroom floor wet. Towels were also very coarse/ hard. The soap bottle was broken and after telling them, they didnt change it.
Though the price is as good as u can get in Santorini, but they need to improve it

Need a woman's touch

The hotel in general is good, the rooms are spacious with air, TV and I play with balcony. What we don't like are the bathrooms that are small and lack maintenance with tubes that look old and need maintenance. the showers are very small and some rooms the shower and the toilet are inside the bathroom curtain. the people who work are very attentive and waiting to help. walking is always a bit separated from Fira but the bus stop is 2 minutes from the hotel. there is breakfast in the hotel and in the carts or other places where breakfast is served.

Good rooms but with regular bathrooms.

Best things about this hotel is that its close to the local bus station which is great to get and go to the port, 15min to Thera to walk and close to amazing restaurants and superb local bakery. Its very clean and fresh looking (bathrooms design is dated and small but not end of world) and most rooms have a cute balcony. Great place to stay if you use the hotel as a base to travelling around the island.

Cute clean and convenient location

Very nice hotel in Karterados with very good prices and in a position quite close to Thira, reachable by 15 minutes on foot or by bus. Very clean rooms with nice furnishings, the only note a little bad was the bathroom, a little small but not weighing much being a little in the room.

It's a great hotel in Karterados.

Hotel not very expensive for the island and in a very quiet street in the village of Karterados near Fira. 20 minutes walk from the center in a straight line. Room: simple or very simple but with refrigerator, compressed air and ceiling ventilation. Even simpler water room but if you know the cheap hotels in Greece it is quite common. If you are open-minded, you will say that you can optimize 3 things at a time. You have a bus stop 3 minutes as well as a very good cheap bakery, something to make your little lunch or lunch basket easily.

For his situation

The room wasn't shiny in the furnishings and the broken mattress was a nightmare. The bathroom was even uglier. But at the bottom of the room we were only a few hours away. The location was very nice and quiet. The friendly and helpful staff. The towels lost glass paper.
