A very nice B&B owned by very kind Belgian couple Patrick and Anita. Although the weather was not so good Patrick and Anita did everything to make our stay unforgettable. 
The lodge and the rooms were super clean.
Breakfast is home made (bread, cakes, jams,....) and everything tasted very good.
Patrick and Anita gave us advice on what to do or what to visit in the area and for everything brochures or maps were available.
When needed they also helped with the reservations (restaurants, boat trip on the Tisza lake,...) and when we had a flat tire they helped us to find a garage that was able to fix the problem.
Location of the lodge is great for birding in the Tisza area and the Hortobagy NP.

Top B&B

A little zen zone, a true stress free zone. Owned by Anita and Patrick, a kind and nice Belgian couple who speaks Hungarian as well. The lodge was and old farm building (barn) renovated completely and transformed to a Lodge.
The first I noticed was the beautiful garden with many eye-catching details, flowers in all colors, sun- beds, petanque, little relaxing pool, “bee and bee”, birds. Nice touch was my name on the welcoming board at the day of my arrival.
 The Lodge was always superclean, well-equipped, simple but modern styled, has a common living room with books and TV, working free wifi in the rooms. It also has a small kitchen for guest to keep their food, equipped with tablewear, as no dinner served there only breakfast. There are wide range of choice of  beverages  in the kitchen, functioning as “mini bar”.
The breakfast is mainly home made by the owners (home made fresh bread, cookies, jams etc).  All taste yummy. 
Anita and Patrick can give advices what to see around the Lake Tisza, there are brochures as well in the Lodge. You can rent bike from them as well to discover the area.
You can buy souvenirs in the Lodge as well like the jams made by the owners. 
The room does not have TV (it is available in the living room only), which first was strange but honestly I did not miss it at all. There are far more interesting thing to do there and you are rather sleeping in the evening after all day trips. 
Definitely returning.


“Bee and Bee”

This B&B was exactly what we needed!  Patrick and Anita were extremely kind and helpful, willing to answer any questions we had.  The facilities were great for our family with small children, with an in-ground trampoline.  We all, kids included, loved the breakfast and homemade jams.  Only small negatives were the room was hot at night (but it was 33 C) during the day.   I don't write here often which shows how great this place was.

Friendly, Helpful, Peaceful

Anita the hostess prepared for us every morning delicious dishes. Patrick the host well maintained  the beautiful garden with the lots of flowers.
. In the rainy humid weather of summer, the towel was difficult to dry because there was little ventilation in the room.

We spent the night at this lovely couple's house. The accommodation is very clean. There is a beautiful garden, we even made a piece of pétanque 😉. Breakfast is delicious and very full.

What a surprise.

Well worth a visit! Tiszalodge is a B&B with a difference. It is excellent in so many ways. Wonderful facilities, rooms and fabulous breakfasts. But the most outstanding thing is the hospitality of the owners Patrick and Anita. They are both so pleasant and helpful. This is a B&B worthy of a visit.

True hospitality

We were on our first trip to Hungary. Anita and Patrick's table lodge convinced us from the very first moment. From the first impression - a lovingly cared for garden - we had a good feeling. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. For breakfast there was a lot of homemade (marmalade, bread), everything was very tasty. Patrick gave us many recommendations and tips for our day trips. This helped us a lot, we don't speak Hungarian. We will surely return there again.

A laid-back and fiendly stay !

PERFECT! Everything you need to "get away from it all" and enjoy simple pleasures for a weekend or a couple weeks. Tisza Lodge features lovely gardens as well as comfortable, quiet and spotless guest rooms. Anita and Patrick are wonderful hosts, with lots of tips about what to do and where to go. Their fabulous breakfast features homemade bread, jams and coffee cake as well as eggs cooked to order, meats, cheeses vegetables, yogurts, and cereals.  Explore the bucolic local village. Bike or walk on quiet back roads and along the lakeside path to a secluded lakeside spot, a beach park or a yacht club. Feeling energetic? Do up to 72 kilometers around the entire lake! Relax and enjoy the sun, shade or candlelit evenings on a cushioned chair or lounge at the Lodge. Help yourself in the honor kitchen to anything from snacks to fine wine.

Patrick and Anita, a Belgian couple, are really the perfect hosts. Tisza Lodge is absolutely fantastic. Nice and clean rooms, a large well-maintained garden, a pretty terrace where you can take the breakfast buffet and now and then enjoy a delicious barbecue or goulash. They give so much information and take care of everything. We have enjoyed every day. The bike ride around the lake, the boat trip, the thermal bath,  the Puszta...
