This was my first time to stay at this lovely place very close to Lake Balaton. The staff was helpful. My room was spacious and clean. 
The breakfast was fine with nice selections. The location of the hotel was also OK! 

Nice stay

Very nice house with very friendly and friendly staff. Breakfast leaves no desire open. Rooms with balcony are beautifully large and functionally decorated. 2 minutes away the pedestrian starts the promenade with many shops and locations. Small things that could be better (the fridge in the room a little noisy, the cleanliness could be better, for example spider webs if you see out the window, the gate to the parking lot can't be closed)

We felt very comfortable and would come back.

We stayed here for the second time.  It is a lovely, friendly place.  The rooms are spacious and very clean.  The breakfast each morning has lots of good choices.  The location is perfect for wandering around Lake Balaton.  I would highly recommend this place if you want a nice few days in Balatonfured

Lovely and friendly small hotel

The staff were so friendly, they welcomed us and the check in was so smooth and fast, the breakfast was rich enough and the hotel is a few meters from different beaches and few steps to the shore, and the owner offered us some novels to read to our children while breakfast, she was very kind and nice with us .. so really thank you

I don't know if it's normal or not but we stayed 2 nights on the 2nd day they didn't clean the rooms or change towels, but it was not a big problem for us as it's only 2 nights

Very nice vacation in Balatonfured

We stayed at this villa during our vacation at Balaton. The house is 2 min walking from the beach, restaurants. The rooms are clean and the stuff very friendly. We had a 2 room apt with a small terrace from where you could step into the garden. Perfect for our stay w kids. Would recommend 

Enjoyable staying

This was our first visit and it won't be our last. Our room was pretty perfect in every way - spacious enough, with a wall of glass looking onto our balcony and a glimpse of the lake. We had enough simple cooking utensils for the odd day when we wanted to stay in, and having a fridge was essential with such hot weather. The shower was super powerful and everything was very clean. The ceiling fan ensured we were nice and cool even though it was very hot. The breakfasts were simple, but healthy and there was plenty of it. The staff were very helpful and actioned our one request (extra pillows) straight away. The lake is within easy walking distance and the hotel down a nice quiet street with free parking. The bed was a bit too firm for me, but for our friends in another room it was perfect! WiFi worked fine for us.

Wonderful base for a wonderful holiday

The owner, Attila, and his team are always welcoming us. We've been here for the third time. The rooms are clean and well furnished. We lack some variety at breakfast and especially fresh fruit or fruit salad. Otherwise everything is great!

I like it again and again

Our 1 night stay in this villa was good. Location is perfect, villa is good looking from outside and inside,room was spacious and good furnished including terrace with lakeview. The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbor or the stairs. Breakfast are fine,but missing more variety. Anyway nice place to stay. I can recommend.

The hotel consists of two houses across the road, standard and reception in one, studio in the other. Very good rooms, clean, fresh, modern, with balconies, with good cabinets and furniture. Good beds. The studio has a teapot and a T-shirt, there is no standard. There are no shower kits, only soap. Close to the beach and the promenade street (7-10 minutes). In a quiet place. Small food shops 7-10 minutes, waiting station 30 minutes (far away). Very welcoming host (a well-known footballer), always ready to help. Breakfast is very simple (colbasses, cheese, egg, bread, butter, yogurt), no hot water. The price is not hot, but the WiFi is not working well, but the stack is not working well.

Excellent family hotel near the beach.

nice and pleasant for a couple of days at the lake. kind staff and finally someone who speaks English. comfortable rooms but unchanged towels and unrefurbished bed every day. functional shower.
