No aircon, so impossible in hot weather to sleep, or be in room for any time. Taxi mix up when leaving for airport to fly to Madrid, man on reception offered help. Taxi there almost immediately, likely had been standing in apartments parking lot. He spoke to reception, said immediately payment in cash only. Price should have been about 6000 forint, he demanded 18,000 !! Really dirty business,  have to wonder who shared in the profits

Rip off

Location, garage in the basement, quiet area, has a doorkeeper and 24-hour surveillance, elevator, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, bathroom well (the manpara needs a change), todo muy limpio, market at 100 meters, tram N2 and metro at 150 meters, restaurants at 50 meters, start of the main shopping street at 150 meters.

The apartment is very large and fully equipped for a long stay in case you wanna spend long time in Budapest.The kitchen has everything and the bathroom a washing machine.The 2 bedrooms are very bright with big windows and a long balcony with chairs and table.It's located in a small street non far from a pedestrian area with shops and restaurants.Let me spend good words for the owner Mr. Imre very polite,always available to answer to my questions and to give advices.The room is in a "normal" building where "normal" people live,but it's very quite.Also the location is very good as the bus 100E from the airport stops 5 minutes walking from the apartment and the metro stop Kalvin Ter is in the same place as well.Also very good  value for money.

Perfect

We stayed with three families for two nights. Raday Central Apartment has nice and clean rooms, surrounding area is quiet and there is a big parking garage in reasonable price. Service was excellent! Only 0,5 km walk from Vaci utca shopping area, a market hall is nearby as well.

Good location, good service

We stayed for two nights at this place. This is a huge apartment conveniently located in downtown of Budapest on the Reday street. 
The owner is a friendly young guy that was willing to help and provide us with the useful tips on any question we had.
Apartment that we stayed in (I understood owner has at least two apartments at the same building) is big enough for two couples with a huge living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and two baths. 
An affordable public garage is located on the Mester Street, about 10 min from the apartment. 
Even though the Reday street is full of the great restaurants it gets really quiet over night and you can get a good sleep.

Nice place to stay

If you like apartment-stile-holidays as I do, this is a perfect place to stay for a couple of days or even a week. It is close to many beautiful (Danube itself etc) and useful places (metro station, restaurant Raday street, City Market ) of the city and also it provides camfortable staying.

Perfect place to stay for a family with kids in a busy city

It is a cozy apartman with washing machine and kitchen which is essential when travelling with small children. Really central, surrounded with several great restaurants and plenty of shopping opportunities.
