The apparent was ok. It had some issues to fix but we manage. For example the shower doors don’t close properly so we had to be careful to don’t let the bathroom to wet. The air condition didn’t work neither but the person in charge facilitate a portable air condition. We just use the fan function to keep the windows close due to the noise on the street. The person in charge made everything that she could to help us with the issues in the flat, but wasn’t really ready to receive guests.

Not easy to find 🤔

The apartment without internet despite being included among the services. Small bathroom and shower box without door. Local water with the fan that is activated when the light is turned on but its shutdown does not turn off forcing guests to bear the relative noise all night. Worse rather non-existent reception since no one was found to ask for any useful information for tourists. Having not been able to answer their first and only phone call as engaged in border controls between Serbia and Hungary, we tried to contact them for 3,r,t times without getting any response. Positive thing is the location near the central area Negative!

Bad structure and poor reception

This apartment is very cheap and it's located at the city center of Budapest. If you will take the bus E100 at the airport, it will bring you exactly to this apartment. We stayed there for 3 nights and we didn't use public transport in the city, because all the main places were within walking distance.

The best place for the best price

I'll start with the fact that the employees don't know that there's free parking for 3x cars on their street and they're constantly busy. The apartments themselves don't provide parking, but they told us where there's a paid one nearby. The internet is down, the employees said they'll reboot the router and everything will be fine - so it was, but at night. The air conditioner didn't work, they said they'll come to you at 12:30 tomorrow and rest, I wasn't ready to sit in a room in such a beautiful city for the master's sake.

Two days in the shower with a bad internet.

It's a perfect compromise between hotel and rental. More free than the hotel because there are no time constraints, this place offers the amenities of the hotel: taxi booking, etc., advice of all kinds. Very clean the apartment has everything necessary. It is also located a 5-minute walk from the Kalvin Ter metro station.

Great location for both day and nightlife perfect apartment recently renovated and equipped with all the comforts (e.g. powerful wi-fi) when I return to Budapest I will book here again

5 days in Budapest

It is a clean, comfortable, economical, well-positioned and extremely professional (unfortunately in Italy such precision and professionalism are not common). It is a very comfortable and well equipped apartment, a very favourable position, a professional manager who should be an example to all those who operate such a business.

Just perfect.

This place is like a dream, the quality/price is unbeatable. We were in Budapest in December when it was very cold, and the heating and hot water worked very well. The photos don't make it; it's immaculately clean, modern and nice inside, like a second house! The location is great, 2 minutes' walk from the subway station. Also the owner is very kind, he gave us a bottle of champagne for New Year's Day. The bed is very comfortable, there is a nice bathroom with a large shower, a kitchen equipped, table and chairs, TV, desk, balcony... What else could you want? All within 2 minutes of the subway station in a very nice, modern and clean environment, like at home. The price, besides, is almost unbeatable.

What an unbeatable price!

It's a very nice apartment, with everything you need to sleep and eat, clean and quiet thanks to the soundproofed windows. It's very central. It's just a few steps from the central market, where you have to go to get a nice and cheap meal. It's very professional and well organized. The area is quiet even if it's noisy because of traffic.

Comfort and professionalism

I highly recommend this apartment, very spacious, well equipped, well soundproofed. The staff that welcomes you is friendly and helpful. It is certainly not in the centre but in 10-15 minutes on foot you will be there. I had paid 120 euros for 4 nights. For the comfort I had, I find this price quite reasonable!
