I was with two friends in this hostel and unfortunately I can't give a positive review. I say unfortunately because the staff were kind, the price was very good and the area where it is located is excellent, but it is to be said that the two bathrooms really gave off an unpleasant smell, so much so that I couldn't stay longer because I really had to vomit (I think it depends on the pipes!). The cleanliness, then, really mediocre, both of the bathroom and the kitchen. I am not aristocratic, nor vicious, I'm used to going to hostels and I've also lived for months in Australia in a hostel.

Bad smell of the bathroom and poor cleaning

Excellent quality price ratio!!! a nice hostel with central location and lively!!! there is no better to discover the city at a small price!!!! friendly staff, helping!!! so a French friends advice stop being unpleasant and demand for such a small sum, thank you for lacher the lest on vacation, we will be better welcomed

Great situation, low cost price, and even more nice!! what do people want??

One of the staff men who literally lives in the premises (he sleeps in the couch of the common areas and in the rooms) is extremely unpleasant. No greetings or travel advice he doesn't speak English but it's not the worst though it's a shame for a hostel not to even exchange. He was putting his music at full volume in the common areas and he insulted us when we wanted to get a tap. He put a room on my friend's hand that touched the TV. Moreover, he takes advantage of the TV set to watch DVDs all day long and at night we didn't have a screen screen like the restroom, so if you want to stay in the same room or the bathroom, we can't have the same room. A scandal to be avoided!

On a trip to Budapest, we slept one night in this youth hostel. First, you should know that Check in is at 2pm and Check out is before 10am. Then there are 2 bathrooms for 18 beds. The toilets are in the bathrooms. The rooms are not separated otherwise we sleep at 12 in the same room. So much so that for tranquility it is not the place especially when yen a who leave at 3am. Finally the place is quite dirty especially in the water rooms and kitchen. However, the reception is good. We had 2 nights reserved but we have only one. It is a small hostel so it is.

Perfectly situated, not far from the trendy bars as well as the subway/bus/tram, it is ideal for a nice corner with friends.

Very good hostel.

Hostel in a very comfortable, affordable, clean and staffed location! The room overlooked the street but is equipped with double glass and therefore very quiet. The bathrooms are clean and large, there are 2 and they are single, in the sense that you can close the door and have your privacy without having the community bathrooms: overall 5-star living room :)

It's excellent.

Hostel in great location, two steps from there and you're in the middle of the city and close to metro stations to get to any part of the city. Very friendly, helpful staff, I've traveled alone for the first time and even first experience in hostel and I have to say that I just had to think of some request, there was already the solution, great advice and Hungarian dinner cooked for us guests where it was possible to meet other people. I have a nice memory of my stay and I also have to thank Oliver, hostel supervisor who was great to help me with all my endless requests. If you have to go to Budapest go there.

It's a great stay.

I was with friends in Budapest for the weekend, and we stayed in the hostel's four-bedroom room. More than a positive experience, the staff were simply delicious, giving us all the necessary information, offering us dinner and helping us when we had problems with a night taxi. The hostel is clean, in a central area and well connected by public transport. The only negative note, if I should mention one, is the arrangement of the hostel rooms: to go to the bathroom you have to go through the common room, and to go to our room you had to go through another room, not exactly the maximum comfort.

Nice hostel downtown, very friendly staff.

Nice location (close to the subway and shops), very nice entrance. Very friendly atmosphere, very friendly staff and listening. Very nice frame, everything is made to make you feel at home (with a nice collection of DVDs available as well!).
