We stayed only one night but were touched by the spirit of the staff.  The building is not special, not clear why they are "bio", but it is clean, rooms are large, breakfast was very good.  Beach is out of walking distance.

Service and spirit makes it more than good

We had a delightful stay at Zöldhaz Bio Panzio. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating, offering us tips and advice for the area. The guesthouse is situated roughly 10 minutes drive from the town centre of Keszthely where there are many things to do. A 15 minute walk will take you to the Balaton lake side. The breakfast in the guesthouse is delicious and all home-made. The rooms are clean and tidy.  The jacuzzi and sauna are also a huge bonus!
Would highly recommend for a couple's weekend away.

Lovely stay at Zöldhaz Bio Panzio

Our room was quite simple and the garden a bit messy but they are ok with storing bicicles which was a point for us and the stuff and breakfast was compensating everything. Fabulous homemade goodies with the kind narration of the owner really made our day. We started the second day of our trip in a totally positiv vibe. Considering the room we might be unlucky but we were so tired it didnt count too much anyway.

Outstanding food assortment, basic room

Coming for a repeat stay one night on a short car trip form Vienna. 
The B&B is located by the main road, easy to find and a short walk to the lake. 
Rooms are very nice, away form the road - quiet, large size and simple design. The kitchen and dining hall at the ground floor exhibits the owners organic food products for sale. We had lovely breakfasts with amazing variety of typical Hungarian or vegetarian cuisine.
We have visited beautiful Festetics palace at Keszthely (5 minutes by car), and Kis Balaton nature reserve on our previous stay. Now coming just for day and a half from Vienna we dedicated our time to the Heviz thermal lake followed by a visit to Festetics Kilaot look out tower, an easy 10 minutes walk from the forest parking lot. Than wine shopping at a small local winery and driving back to Vienna, dinner on the way at the village of Orth an der Donau.
Overall a very reasonably priced B&B and a good value for money, will come again, felt at home and the area is lovely.

Second stay at Zoldhaz Bio Panzio, friendly owners and an excellent stay.

If you're looking for peace, quiet and beautiful nature, you'll find it here. Everything here is simple but made with love. The food is delicious and delicious, everything is organic and naturally with vegetarian and vegan options. Around Balaton the bike path is super developed, so absolutely for vegan bikers!!! The beach is beautiful and all the shops are nearby. We were also bowling. So the holiday was just fantastic!!!

Great accommodation with great organic vegan food!!!

We stayed for a few days at this hotel. The location is great, 1 km (0.8 miles) from the Lake Balaton where you can water ski, learn to sail or to windsurf.
The rooms are clean, simple but clean and nice. They all have bathroom and a balcony. Family rooms (4+person) have large balconies.
The food is all organic, vegetarian (we had home smoked fish the first morning), several dips and jams, all home made. Excellent rolls, crusty with great taste.
The owners, Bela and Aniko go the extra mile to make their guests happy.
Well worth the money!

Zoldhaz is your place to go when visiting the Balaton area. Excellent hospitality, great value for money, delicious breakfast and dinner, very good facilities - small pool, table tennis- anything you need for a superb feeling. Thanks Bela!!!
