Breakfast was terrible! Not even enough food - during more than half hour breakfast was not served! Staff rude - when customer wants to write into guestbook, they refuse it and start behaving in very rude way! Room just minimal comfortable! Don’t recommend rooms on 2nd floor!

Terrible experience

It is well worth staying here if you come for the zoo. They offer unlimited entrance to the zoo, and this way it really pays off. the services are not worth the charge, as they are 3 stars and the price tag is for a 4 stars hotel. But, with the zoo access it is a bargain, as for 2 adults is more than 20 euros per day.

Zoo hotel

The hotel is perfectly located and offers free entrance to the zoo for every day which is a big advantage. Rooms are good, staff is very kind but don't order prepaid breakfast and dinner as these were of very low quality. It is absolutely waste of money.

Nice hotel close to the zoo but food is terrible

The hotel is located at the desirable Sostoi Ut on the outskirts of the town in a forest setting, within 5 minutes by car to downtown. The staff is superior. Very helpful, accommodating and pleasant.
The rooms are bank vault quiet (as we had stayed in 2 different ones) with crisp forest air in the evenings. A very generous breakfast is included.
The facility is a bit dated, but don't let that be a distraction. The location and the staff will definitely make up for it's minor shortcomings.

A forest lodge...

We had very kind reception, the staff was really helpful, flexible.
In the hotel they also make very good breakfast, the staff at reception and at breakfast are clearly happy in their work, smiling faces and nothing too much trouble.
I look forward to returning in the future...never forget.

Fantastic

The rooms in the hotel are good, clean and affordable. The outside is a bit old-fashioned but the inside is very modern design. The hotel staff are friendly. The organization is completely lacking throughout the hotel. The WiFi is almost not working at all. A huge plus is the adjacent zoo! You must have seen it! The home restaurant is absolutely unorganized with eternal waiting times. There was a group of 15 people and we waited for the meal for 3 hours - although we had previously written all the wishes on a note that went straight to the kitchen. Drinks were only given about three-quarters of an hour every time the waiter was just happy to come by the table. The food was good, but the fares (about 40%) went far away in the nearby restaurants.
