We went to Symontornya with 5 friends because we had a car breakdown. After camping for 3 nights outside the garage, we finally decided to spend one night at Gala Panzio! Fatal mistake!!!! Already at the reception PERSON NEVER SPEAKING English, so it wasn't easy to make ourselves understood! in the room, we didn't have the right to sleep in the big bed! What a good joke, my friend and I as a couple for 4 years we had to sleep on the couch!!!!! Then in the apartment, a kitchen is available but we don't even fear swimming pool and pepper. Then the apartment found us obliged to take our little lunch at 8am, without negotiation, we had to leave the room after 10am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! after 10am, the family members had already lived in the swimming pool were not responsible for cleaning up the hotel, but we were not obliged to pay cash, but then we came to the room, so if we wanted to go to the same room, we were obliged to make a reservation, then we would have to go to the same room and then we would have to make a reservation

We spent three nights there at the end of December. Although the weather was cold outside, the room was very clean, comfortable and warm... more you can't ask for. Every morning breakfast was served, consisting of cake, bread, vegetables, salami, coffee/tea and milk. We had a lot of fun playing billiards in the lobby and we knew that for the sunny days there were still tennis courts and outdoor pools (in the summer). The staff and especially the owners were very friendly. Very highly recommended!

Friendly and comfortable

Spent there 3 nights around end December. Although the weather outside was cold, the room was very clean, confortable and warm... couldn't ask for more. Every morning I was served breakfast composed of cakes, bread, vegetables, salame, coffee/tea and milk. Had fun playing billiards at the lobby and became aware that in any sunny days they still have tenis courts and outdoor swimming pool for the summer. The staff and in particular the hotel owners were very friendly. Highly recommended!
