The main advantage of the hotel is its location. It has direct access to the beach and free for guests. Extra point for the free parking possibility on site.
Rooms were renovated not long before however, problems still occurred. Water appeared suddenly in the bathroom even without using anything there. They knew already about the issue because a mop was placed in the bathroom (and I don't think it's a usual equipment in a hotel room). We made peace with the issue as we know it's a hard to solve one. 
The view was amazing: our room was on the 2nd floor, right in front of the Ferris wheel and the bumper cars. The room was accessible from a side corridor, so we got the noise from the back and the front of the building. Thanks for the air-conditioning we could close all doors and windows, but noise still came in. We heard people shouting and partying on the street and the ones at the beach and the bumper cars as well.
Right on the first day we realized that the lock of the door wasn't working properly. You had to be tricky to open or close the door. In the morning of our first night we spent around 10 minutes to get out of the room due to the lock. We told our issues at the reception, where the personal was very nice and solved the problem right away. They were really helpful and kind throughout our stay.
Breakfast was average but they were paying attention to filling up. In the restaurant you have a discount if you're a hotel guest and they're cooking great. We ate twice there and were satisfied with the dishes and the services.
We spent 3 nights here and wasn't the worst experience I had, but I would not come back. I'm not bothered by noises while sleeping, but this was too much even for me.

Great location, mediocre services

Rooms are adequate, beautifully located, overlooking the lake in all the rooms, in the rooms there is a refrigerator, unfortunately no air conditioning, few closet hooks, breakfast quite simple, dinner poor, wifi only in the staircase at the reception well - otherwise no reception

It's better somewhere else.

Small hotel, simple but clean, located in a strategic position directly on Lake Balaton and at the entrance of the Bar Road, the pedestrian street dotted with bars and restaurants that extends for a few hundred meters towards the port. All rooms are lake view.

It's a good structure.

I was here last year coming back from Romania, on the last night of the season, very cozy, and in a great location, we found food even though it was almost all closed. This year I stopped for one night going to Romania and two nights coming back, in full season, direct access to the beach, fabulous view and the same excellent treatment from the previous year, plus it's located at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, full of lounges and restaurants.

Passing by

The location of the hotel is the best! It is on the pedestrian area, close to the restaurants and bars, with nice view at the lake. The rooms and free breakfast is average, nothing special, but the staff are polite and the beach acces is free. Also they have parking and wifi for free. Overall its nothing luxury but all decent and clean.

Great location.

Very nice building in the center of Siofok and yet very quiet. Beautiful people, good food, excellent rooms. I was there in June 2014 with my wife. The very spacious rooms, bathroom with tub and shower really amazing with a breathtaking panoramic view of the city and Lake Balaton.

Nice hotel on Lake Balaton

The hotel has the best location. You have direct access to the beach (included in the price). The famous Petöfi Passage - with countless cafes, bars and restaurants, is also in front of the front door. The rooms are all on the beach side overlooking the lake. The furnishing of the rooms is simple. The rooms have a bathroom, TV, refrigerator and balcony with a beautiful view of the flat lake. The hotel gives a nice clean impression. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was good. There were fresh fruit eggs, unofficial sausage, yogurt, yogurt etc. You can park your car back at the hotel for free. In summer it is very loose and it is not so close))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

The hotel is located at the best part of the city, next to the Lake.

They offer free buffet breakfast, free parking and free entry to the beach.

The service is polite and friendly.

Absolutely recommended.

Fun at Siófok

We stayed in this hotel summer 2010 en we liked it. It is clean, view on the lake, room fine etc.and not too expensive.  Breakfast was not very special, but o.k.
