The place is ok, we needed to spend there only one night and it met our expectations. The place is ok, nothing special, just ok :) We did not try the sauna.
Only issue I found, is that we got only one towel and we booked the room for 2 ppl.

ok for a night

I was due to stay 1 night with my husband september 18 to which we booked on booking.com. When we arrived at the Tata panzio there was no one to greet us we phoned the number but couldnt get through.I finally got in touch with other guests who were helpful ,they alerted a old man stinking of boozehe said the panzio was fully booked told us to go to Monika panzio down the road  Alot of messing about .The owner has done it before give it a MISS!

Treated terrible!

Never stay at this hotel....
We have booked 3 rooms and ended up with 2 , let us down on our wedding day,  and did not know what to do with our guests.. We checked the details numerous times with the owner, he said that everything was fine. Once we went to pick the keys up, he admitted that he had mixed the rooms up and we paid for 3 rooms but had just 2.... No receptionist staff, you have to wait for for him every time if you want to pick the keys up, you want to pay etc... The guy is so rude and unprofessional.. My mum had to call him at least 3 times to make clear that he made a mistake and he did not even apologise. 


Wedding

This is the WORSE place I have ever stayed.
The owner is unbelievable rude, the rooms are very dirty, the beds are terribly uncomfortable. The bedding was used and dirty. Fridge was mouldy. Just disgusting! 
I have stayed in many places, but this was just the worse ever.

Do not stay here!!!


The worst place ever 

We`ve spent 2 nights in this place. The owner is cool and flexibe, the rooms are okay, te beds are comfortable and there is a safe parking on the spot.
Price is good, can just recommend. We had a room with the view on the lake, which is awesome.
Just on the other side of the road there is a Grill restaurant with good food.

Does the job

A small guest house, located directly on the road No. 1, next to the lake and the local attraction - the fortress. Not bad interior inside the guest house, an attempt to recreate the old interiors. However, the disadvantages are more: dark rooms and lack of lighting in the hall, no place to eat in the immediate vicinity of the hotel (the only cafe was why it was always closed), the road is very noisy with a large flow of cars. There were claims to bed accessories. Almost complete lack of service. And unpleasant: no one, under any circumstances, will not accommodate you in this hotel before 14h, even if you arrive at 13:30 hrs.

Not very nice to the guests

No double room, only 4 rooms despite reservation and in 4 rooms also only for the 3rd and 4th person only replacement beds, despite repeated calls check in with an hour delay, unreliable owners... not recommended.

I forgot the camera, I contacted them both by email and phone, and they pretend they don't speak English, DISONESTISMY, and LADRI, the room was dirty without a sheet, and the kitchen hose broke, flood risk...

Flawed and Dishonest

We have stayed only for a night.
Contacted the owner for availability late afternoon and checked in around 9.30pm, he was very helpful.
We did not meet him in person as he went to collect other guests from the airport, but made sure that someone is there to let us in.
Room was very clean, we had a good night sleep, beautiful view of the lake.
Free WiFi in room too and secure car parking on site, great restaurant/grill bar just across the road by the lake where we dined.
We had a pleasant stay, we would recommend to stay here to fellow travellers.
