Me and my friends booked Studio 7 from 27th Dec-1st Jan (5 days) by directly calling owner of the property. Owner was very sweet and genuine person and helped us book immediately the property by paying upfront amount. We had asked him several times that its ok if our friend visits the house, he said yes its fine. 

But this guy Gautam who is the caretaker of the property created a huge fuss out of nowhere and started having argument with us when our friend visited. We asked him to call the owner and clear the matter but instead he was more into having confrontations with us in front of everyone. He also didnt clean the house when we asked him to do so. Such an arrogant person and also he kept on taunting us on new year's eve that we have to vaccate the house by this time else he would charge us full day's rent. I never expected this kind of rude behaviour. 

Suggestion to the owner: We didnt have problem with the booking or property as such. Only problem is this person Gautam. May be he was having a bad day or going through the bad mood. But I wish the situation could have been better handled by someone more professional.

Pros: Close to Anjuna beach and Vagator beach (~2 kms), so if you scooty you wont face much problems. Good place. Nice owner but he doesn't stay himself in the property.
Cons: You have to tolerate the bad service and attitude from caretakers such as Gautam who believe they are the king in that place.

Owner is good and nice but the caretaker Gautam is terrible which will spoil your stay

We live in studio 7 all the time, because it's a quiet, rather European room design (windows all over the wall, there's even some kind of closet and kitchen, a normal bed, clean shower and the room is cleaned up!!!). It's not a cave kind of dark room, which in Goa almost everything but really expensive hotels by the Goan standards. We usually stay in Goa for 5 weeks, so it's very unwilling to pay a thousand 2 rupees a day.... Well, Gautam, who lives on a napkin, was abandoned by his parents, and he's been on the street since childhood.
