What can I say..if you are really adventurous go for it otherwise you will pretty much find most things not working. We were a family of 4 with kids - stayed in villa C7.

No to poor service
Limited food options
Electricity is a problem
Things are broken inside 


Stay away 

Location: If you are planning to visit what I call mid-goa (Colva, Varca, Cavlosim, etc), this could be a good area to stay. 

Property: Slightly costlier. All 3BHKs are technically 2 BHK with attic. Good furnitures but dampness everywhere. Air conditioning is not optimum - it is either too cold or hot. 

Kitchen: Just there. Over used utensils. Non-working gas oven. Unclean OT. 

Wash rooms: Clean but not equiy with hot water facility or complementary toiletries. 

Swimming pool: Clean and well maintained 

Staffs: The best thing about this property. They went lengths to ensure our comfort. Shout out to George Durga :)

Food: Homely. If you love Indian breakfast, go nowhere. Poha, puri sabji, omelette are amazing. 

Overall it was a memorable experience. 



Good but has flaws 

One of the surprisingly good stats I've had. The photographs don't do justice to the Actual bungalow as it is way more prettier. Loved the paintings that adorn the walls. The white interiors make the Bungalow even more beautiful. Great amenities. Perfect for a group of friends or family to chill in. The beach is quite near by. Casa Abuela was the Bungalow we stayed at. The house keeper was also very helpful. Surely gonna visit again.

Classy, Raw and Comfortable

We stayed in villa no. 14 .a very well maintained villa with all the amenities one could ask for.the villa is clean with a complete kitchenete.the swimming pool is fun to swim in and being a gated residence no fear of security issues.just 10 mins. Walk to the beach.children really enjoyed and the best part was when we did not want to cook ,food was available by the cook who has his own kitchen within the premises.a memorable stay worth a visit😊

To relax and enjoy with family

Great deal by oyo rooms, room are very clean , you can cook your own food here, loacted near by fatarde beach. Very polite and best staff, in socitey personal staff durga is really great and helpful,u can hire two wheeler just 350₹ per day room are very clean and proper maintained. Peaceful and silent place just enjoy goa .
