One of the best place in South Goa to check in ..Hospitality is great ,staff is trustworthy and a perfect location .It provides you everything market near by ,beach on a walking distance and great atmosphere ..rooms and the service is beyond good ..

Good vibes

The best premium cottage in goa. Excellent hospitality and the location is perfect palolem beach is just a walking distance from the cottage. Would love to come again. 
Neat and clean rooms with comfortness unlimited.

Neptune premium cottage

The stay at this hotel gave us great time in Goa. A perfect place near the palolem beach to relax, enjoy, having a beautiful conversation be at night or in the morning. A stay worthwhile with good vibe, environment, staff, privacy and cleanness. Sadiq the manager, a great man to have around provides the best services at the stay.recomended highly

Feeling of eternity

Booked a room for two nights, online; Overall, our stay was average.

Pros:
1. Got a good deal, which worked out to around 2.5k per night
2. Fairly close to the beach, although not ON the beach

Cons:
1. The breakfast they provide can be improved on, aloo paratha and omlette is quite meagre; Might as well not provide the breakfast and bring down the tariff by a couple of hundred bucks

2. Rooms are dark even in the day time

3. The shower wasn't so great, the water is luke warm at best

4. Wi-Fi isn't great and there is not too much of front office assistance (just a solitary sleeping looking yet helpful young man)

Average at best.

I'll be very precise in giving the points for my Terrible rating and feedback :
1. This property is not on the beach, one needs to walk out and get to the beach, also you land up on the Extreme corner of Palolem beach, many other stay provide direct access to the Beach and much lower rates
2. Security is a major concern here , evening time is horrible, no lights down the pathway, the front desk is left open, also there is no food available. Absolutely terrible
3. There are many other better options right at the Palolem beach to stay and relax and at much cheaper rates than this one
4. The place is haunted by terrible lizards and other insects, which will give you goosebumps overnight. I stayed for a night here and cancelled all my booking thereafter.

Better avoid this place.

Worst Stay at Palolem

We liked our stay in the spacious wooden (dark) bungalow here, though initially we were disappointed as the Cottages are NOT at the beach. Instead it’s a 3-5 Minute walk. In the end this didn’t bother us as we weren’t in The bungalow a lot. Be careful when booking a Neptune Accomodation and keep in mind that there are three Neptune Resorts in Palolem. And our research confused us. 
Facilities in the bungalow were quite okay, some lights didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed. We don’t know why exactly, but that could be improved. Air-Con and Fan worked properly and we didn’t have mosquito problems, so that was good, too...

Stay was okay 

We generally stay at the Shacks on the beach itself but this time the shacks were yet to be constructed so we stayed at this place, Neptune Point Premium Cottages. Its quite close to the beach itself, maybe 100-150m walking distance. The rooms are more spacious than the beach shacks. Its pretty neat & tidy. They have separate bathrooms for the WC & shower. The blokes at the reception are really helpful. Wi-Fi is free. Breakfast is complimentary. Great experience.

Pretty good

These cottages are only a couple of minutes from the beach. Perfect location. 

The rooms are spacious and the AC works well. However the only downfall is that there is a curtain for the shower and toilet. There is hot water but takes a few minutes to warm up. 

Staff are pleasant and busy keeping the grounds in shape. 

Would highly recommend.

Nice rooms close to the beach 

Situated near Palolem Beach about 100 meters walk able to beach. All the cottages are wooden cottages and reasonably maintained. Bathrooms and Toilets are separated and has no doors,only screens. Ac not working well, meaning no cooling effect in almost all the rooms. Cots are maintained properly with Mosquito nets etc. No Restaurant attached and the Foods are arranged with their associated hotels near sea face in the beach, where the complimentary breakfast is very limited to a plate of Bread omelette and a cup of tea or a single plate Aaloo parota with curd. Extra chargeable. One coffee or tea only free.Staffs not so Courteous. Front office management OK.No Big parking facility. Good for people who wants to take rest along beach or outside the cottage, provided the weather is cool.
