I have just returned from a very pleasurable stay at Sai Valientine's, Palolem with a friend. This has been my second stay with them. My previous stay was in 2016, which I enjoyed thoroughly as well. This time I was surprised to see the beautiful uplift to the hotel. The rooms on top and a lot of the property has been done up very beautifully. We stayed in the air-conditioned rooms on top, that allow you to have a beautiful view of the sea and the beach, right from your bed. This is an absolutely breathtaking view and since the property is located to the end of the beach on the right and not near the main entrance, it's a very quiet and peaceful stretch of the beach. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. We had a small issue with the shower in our room not giving enough force of water, it wasn't a big deal, but this too was very swiftly and promptly rectified by them and I was quite happy to see that. I liked the food here and it was very reasonable. However, for me I think the number one reason I would go back to stay at Sai Valentine, is the people. A special thanks to the owner Krishna and a the staff - Rohit, Rahul, Arun, Siddhi, Sunny, Gautam - and everyone else who made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Look forward to going back there sometime soon :)

Beautiful stay in a breathtaking location with some really warm people :)

Gautam was able to give me a sea facing room as a walk in. The room and washroom were very clean and comfortable. Ravi was very professional in the excellent restaurant. Had a great deep tissue massage with their expert masseuse. Thank you Sai Valentine!

Excellent staff and stay!

We recently stayed at Palolem Beach in Goa and everyday of our trip we had breakfast and lunch and drinks in between at this great restaurant.  Everything was delicious!  And the service was amazing!  I can’t say enough good things about this place!  Thank you Ravi and family!

Wonderful place to eat at Palolem Beach

The accomodation has a beautiful sea view and is comfortable with basic amenities. The biggest attraction here is there restaurant. The food is heavenly and every single item we ordered was just amazing. We had ordered pasta, french toast, iced coffee, mixed fruit smoothie, pina colado strawberry, kashmiri pulao and gobhi Manchurian and mocha coffee...and each one of these items were perfect.

Food makes all the difference here.

After check in there was so much of power fluctuations thru out shockingly they didn't have power backup too . Never will go back up. We were sitting in dark, with flies and lizards. Day of check out all started pressurising to check out.  No credit card system. 

No power thru out

Never ever experienced such bad behaviour from staffs. The owner 'Krishna' and his staff Ranjit is a goon. This fellow does not know how to talk. We were drinking from 2 AM in the hotel boundary but at around 4 AM this jerk krishna came and started flashing light at us. First we did nt know he is the owner but on asking he introduced himself and started abusing the reservation guy with whom we have done the reservation. Upon protesting he started abusing. After sometime he brought some of his staff and started a fight. We have filed a FIR. After when the police came, first he played the victim card but when police asked for the cctv footage and saw the footage then this idiot and his other staff Ranjit started apologizing. There own staff even told us about the owner behaviour and requested us not to teach that jerk krishna a lesson. There neighbouring resort's owner has also told us the same thing and their similar past incidents.
Now coming to the hotel part. There are no light in the parking and way to the hotel. The rooms are also not even 10% of the photo shown. 
In short Hotel and staffs are worst. If anyone wants to take a risk then first talk to the owner Krishna. The way this idiot talks, will give you better idea to decide.

Beautiful palolem
Great view,great veg food,lovely staff,awesome owner Krishna pagi.What more one can ask for ?He arranged dolphin watching boat trip,backwater trip for us which was lifetime memories for us.Rooms are temporary structures but then also comfortable stay.24 hr Hot water and AC
And helpful cleaning staff. Peaceful corner of palolem.
We will definitely visit next time

Heavenly experience

I stayed from 19th to 21 st of Nov'2020. As long as you know its a beach hut, there is only one word to describe the experience, and that is "unforgettable".Rooms are very comfortable considering they are just temporary structures erected annually. During my stay, the paints on the wall were still smelling of tarpentine! AC ,and geysers were working, and beds were very comfortable. However because its a beach property there is sand everywhere which you have to accept or ignore. Food is excellent. The best part is the owner Krishna who will treat you as a guest and not tourist.! Second best is the location. From the common sitting area sea looks like a big pond having magestic waves. Like other south Goa beaches greenery and the look created by intermittent islands will create lasting images in your memory. This place is highly recommended for nature lovers. Will definitely come back.

Picturesque stay

Sea view, hammock in balcony, relaxing atmosphere, good food, amazing staff.. and cherry on top is ayurvedic massage!! The room was average and expensive too.. please guys make it little affordable, rest everything is worth a visit!!

Good collection of sea food and crew is so great in hospitality. For a change we tried Tea and it was a stunner
