First and foremost, the accommodations were truly amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a modern bathroom. The attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home.

The staff at the Desert Call went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. They were friendly, professional, and always available to assist with any requests or questions I had.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. The property is situated in a picturesque location, surrounded by stunning natural beauty. Waking up to the sight of rolling hills and lush greenery was a truly unforgettable experience.

Another standout feature of the Desert Call was the exceptional level of cleanliness and hygiene. The room and common areas were spotless, and I felt completely at ease knowing that the highest standards of cleanliness were being upheld throughout the property.

Furthermore, the location of the Desert Call was ideal for exploring the surrounding area. There were plenty of attractions and activities nearby, ensuring that I had a diverse range of options to choose from during my stay.

In conclusion, my stay at the Desert Call exceeded all expectations. The exceptional accommodations, friendly staff, breathtaking views, and overall attention to detail made it a truly outstanding experience. Amazing Vacation

We had 2 beautiful rooms with all amenities. There was also plenty of disinfectants (COVID). The jacuzzi was fun. The garden has an incredible view over the desert, where we made a fabulous hike (not easy). The breakfast was delicious and responsive to all our dietary requests (eggs, vegan, no gluten etc.) and plenty. the kitchen is well equipped for preparing one's own dinner.
For those interested in archeology - Massada and Tel Arad are close with much history to learn. Daphi, our hostess was considerate and helpful and most responsive. The place is impeccably clean and comfortable.

A fabulous weekend!

We spent the weekend at Desert Call, and thoroughly enjoyed each minute. The rooms and view are even more stunning in person, and Dafna was thoughtful and responsive throughout our stay. I have a gluten allergy, and Dafna adapted breakfast so I could thoroughly enjoy. The rooms and garden are impeccably clean. 

Around Arad was surprisingly beautiful, and we enjoyed hiking, and soaking in the jacuzzi upon return! Already planning to come back.

With views this good, who could ask for more?!?!?

Desert Call a beautiful illuminated room overlooking an open view on the desert hills.
The room is super clean, quite with a comfy bed . There is a fully equipped kitchenette and amenities from the Dead See.  The room is very spacious and modern including the bathroom.  Dafna the host and owner is a very pleasant woman who fulfilled all our requests immediately.  Room has dark blinds on all windows so we slept very well.( The room next to our room was empty so not sure about sound proof walls)

End of The World

We came for the weekend, planning to relax, climb Masada to watch the sun rise, and to spend a few hours along the beaches of the Dead Sea. 
We managed all, and enjoyed every minute at Desert Call. 
It is so beautiful and well-taken care of. 
It has the finest accessories, from amazing bed mattresses and covers, to great soap and shampoo, to tasty Nespresso coffee. 
Everything was of the highest quality, and Daphna went over and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. 
Breakfast was AMAZING, and is a definite must. 
The views of the desert are mesmerizing. 
And the location is perfect for an early morning drive to Masada (West side) for heavenly views of the sun rising above the Jordanian mountains. 
It is just half an hour away from Masada, and from the shores of the Dead Sea. 
Our stay was memorable, and we will definitely return. 
Highly recommended to everyone!



Perfect Heaven in the Desert. 

We visited Arad and Desert Call 3 years ago and had such a wonderful stay. For various reasons we were not able to come back, until now!

Nothing has changed, and why would it? You can't improve on perfection. The second we walked through the door, all of our troubles melted away. The view is spectacular, the atmosphere amazing, and the breakfast, out of this world!

Just like the world over, tourism is really suffering due to Corona virus, and we were saddened to hear of all of Daphne's cancellations. Local Israelis if you are reading this -- come to Arad, enjoy some local desert relaxation and hiking, and support wonderful local businesses such as Desert Call!!

Still five stars

Lovely B&B in Arad, perfect if you are visiting the Dead Sea or Masada, as it's a 20 min drive approx from both. The room is clean and has a kitchenette, microwave, fridge and tea/coffee/oil/salt (actually 3 types of coffee) and a JACUZZI!!! But most importantly, the setting of this place is one of a kind. The sunset / sunrise here is just beyond amazing!!!

Perfect for visiting the Dead Sea / Masada. Stunning views!

Dafna is the perfect hostess. She is attentive and generous with her time and knowledge of the area and surroundings but also gives you privacy to enjoy the beautiful desert. We loved the view from the apartment; watching the camels wander from one place to another; getting up to watch the sun rise over the desert. Breakfast is excellent - fresh omelette and amazing yogurt, granola and fruit - a real treat. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has everything you could want. Comfortable large bed with crisp clean linen.
We loved our two nights here and would recommend without hesitation. If you're heading to the Dead Sea or Masada it's the perfect stop-off.

Perfect antidote to Tel Aviv

This is a small B&B with just two units--- which is great because you feel as if you have the whole place to yourself. The room is extremely clean and well furnished---has a small kitchen area with a refrigerator and Nespresso machine. There is also a lovely Jacuzzi inside your room. 

The outside terrace has your own private table that overlooks the desert---perfect for starting your day, watching the sunset and possibly some camels grazing. 

Breakfast is an additional costs, but it's a very fulfilling meal with a lot of variety. Highly recommend this place.

A desert GEM!

We (family of 4 persons) were very warmly welcomed and enjoyed our stay here. Amazing view of the desert from the balcony, beautiful flowers all around you. Very calm and relaxing. The rooms are well furnished and great attention is paid to every detail. View of the desert from the double bed. Jacuzzi inside the room. Breakfast was very nice as well. We only stayed for one night, but would have loved to stay longer.
