I have had a very good Shabbat the service is impeccable the restaurant is clean and the food and extra at the price level quality it is really very interesting I recommend people to go spend family Shabbat in this hotel, you will not be surprised!

Super Shabbat at the restaurant

We paid more than 6000€ for 15 days and we collected an apartment with an exemplary dirt that the household hadn't cleaned. There was plenty of food left from the other tenants in the fridge the vomiting cabinets so they never cleaned the dirty terrace and underneath the chairs it was worse.

A Cata and a Priceless One

Awful hotel, or rather the staff who work in it!
They did not return the money for the reservation on the dates when they have quarantine and it is not possible to fly to the country !!!
They did not offer any other way out of the situation.
I do not advise anyone to visit the place where such people work. I think that there is also little pleasant to rest there.

I do not advise you to relax in this hotel!
Not honest people work here. Booked a room for 4th persons. Due to the closure of borders and the cancellation of flights, we could not arrive. We wrote to them on Booking and through WhatsApp. They never returned the money! After all, this is force majeure. Other hotels and airlines returned the money !!! This is terrible..

They booked a room in this hotel for 5 nights from March 18 to 22.. but due to the pandemic and the closure of the borders, they could not come. The hotel promised to return the money, but did not. With all the other hotels they found a way out: either they returned the money to us, or they put the points on the account, or they issued vouchers that can be used for 2 years in any city where there are apartments of this network. Only this hotel decided to just keep the money... Unfortunately, the owners indifferent to people's problems, undermine Israel's tourism image and the impression of the citizens of this country.

It's awful.

I don't recommend this hotel! my husband, father, child and I should have stayed at this place. but when Israel imposed quarantine due to the coronavirus epidemic, we contacted them, they said that we couldn't come to them for a holiday. The hotel replied that it's not a problem and we need to cancel the reservation. We did so. But so far no one has returned the money to us. I want to note that this is the only place for which we haven't been paid back!!!!!

It's awful!

We are currently staying at Royal Park 2 bedroom apartment with balcony and really have liked our stay here. The appartment is modern and quite big, balcony/patio is very big and sunny 8-17! Kitchen works well and 2 bathrooms have been very conveniant for our big family of 5. Beds are good and there are hundreds of channels in the tv. The hotel area is kept very clean and though there are no services, Royal Park offers different vending machines for soft drinks and icecream. 

Everything is close, 5 minute walk to city centre and city beaches, 2-3 smaller supermarkets are very close and also new Ice Mall is only 500m from the appartment! To Dolphin reaf beach you take a taxi, 10 minute taxi drive and cost is like 40 sekel one way. Airport is 20 minutes drive and costs 120 sekel one way. We have a taxi driver that we call with whatsapp, so it is easier with transport if you make friends with a good driver. 

We have had a very good wifi in the appartment and Eilat city offers a free wifi too which works ”sometimes”. In the malls you always find free wifi too. The pool was quite cold at this time of year. Still, beaches are option to swim also.

There seems to be a lot of different appartments and hosts here but we are very happy with our choice. Host Ron was waiting at the appartment for us though we arrived late, and we use whatsapp to communicate if theres something we need to know. 

We recommend this particular 2 appartment and host Ron as a good option for accommodation in Eilat.

Superb location, spacious appartment, big balcony, nice!

We came to Eilat for diving and we were looking for apartments for sleeping only. These were perfectly suitable. A small living room with a comfortable sofa. A kitchen with everything we needed. Two separate bedrooms. A quiet, cozy yard with a swimming pool. And a private parking lot, which is not very important. The renovation is far from fresh, but clean. We had to make the extra bed ourselves, although we were ordering for three people. We were late, but we contacted the manager and he explained how to drive and where to park the car. The apartment was open, the keys were inside.

A two-bedroom apartment.

They found a proposal from the owner of the room. They met us at the entrance, showed us where our parking lot was, and they took us to the room. The room was two-bedroom and had a kitchen corner. The bathroom was large and compact, minus one. In the bedroom was a large closet and a two-bedroom bed, in the living room were two disposable sofas, a TV and a balcony exit. In the room was clean, towels and shampoos were enough.

A family vacation for the weekend

눉Pool opening hours is  10-18.00. Would be better to be open  till 19 or 20.00!

눇We had an apartment in the new building .Very clean, nice and modern apartment. Everything is new and clean. There is also a good balcony in the apartment. AC is very good and efficient. Lovely pool and garden outside. Good situation near the centre but still quiet room to sleep, no traffic noise. Apartment had good equipment in the kitchen.
Avi is very friendly and helpful person.Always ready to help guests. We can highly recommend this apartment!
