Highest standards 

While visiting family in Israel we decided to take an overnight room at Eretz Arava since our family had to work anyways. This place was so peaceful and well worth the drive south. All the two people suites were booked so they gave us the double room suite at the same price of the regular one. It was so unique and had everything you would need. The rooms were clean and ready when we arrived. The woman who took us to our room gave us a thorough tour of the suite and its amenities. We did not expect all the wonderful things the suite had to offer. Our favorite part being the personal hot pool located on the deck. So private and the temperature, day and night, was perfect. The Stars Shower (outdoor shower) was unbelievable. There were many areas around the suite that had cushioned benches and sunbathing chairs. Even our indoor shower/jet tub had a view. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need but we were only staying overnight so we got some really tasty food at the restaurant right off the resort. We also loved the indoor stove that kept the room warm during the evening with plenty of firewood on hand. We did the breakfast as part of the room and the food was excellent. Service was great! Oren, the owner, did a magnificent job creating such a paradise in the desert with Moroccan vibes. Just beautiful and highly recommend!! (We didn't take advantage of the yoga or the therapeutic options on the resort but they looked very relaxing) (Only the lobby/breakfast center had wifi but we loved the "unplugged" version of our trip)

Peaceful Getaway

A warm welcome, bungalows with breathtaking views of the desert, exquisite and refined decoration, an extremely elaborate sense of detail, a very pleasant little swimming pool... in short, I've traveled a lot and I 'll admit I've been overwhelmed by the beauty of the place!

A Garden of Eden

If you are a couple or a single, if you have two nights to stay real close to the Arava desert, and at the same time you don"t want to miss any comfort and if you want to have in your suite and surrounding everything you can think of and more, including a view to the desert from the bathroom and books to read, hot tub outside with shower nearby so you dont make a mess in your suite' amazing sunsets and beautifull singing birds on their migration in autumn or fall...Did I already tell you that Oren the owner is very nice and service minded...I loved it. Because it was so special. Thank you Oren and the staff. Ossi

Eretz Arava, translated Arava Land, is one of the best places to stay at in Israel

The negev desert is so nice :), there are nicer places in negev for ex. jeroham, makhtesh crater or mitzpe ramon, but you need a car for gooing there. Arava however is accessible by bus Nr. 444 (going from Eilat to Jerusalem)

A peaceful and magical oasis miles away from western civilization. High end hospitality with all the amenities you would expect. Meticulously maintained, clean and neat. Cool desert design and ambiance. Perfect for romantic getaways. Two authentic and nice restaurants down the road if you need.

If you want to be away and get a perfect desert experience this is THE place.
The owners thought of every detail .There is  nothing you can think of that is missing . The hospitality is able and beyond. It is expensive but is worth it.

Perfect

Every detail of this place is perfect !! 
The thoughtfulness that went into supplying every need is amazing. The pool is a delightful 36 degrees. The spa bath with a view. The Nespresso machine, the chocolates, the cookies, the liter of milk and the craft beers in the fridge, etc, etc. I could go on for hours. We travel extensively and this is probably one of the most perfect places we have ever stayed in. The tranquility of the desert setting is so soothingly beautiful. I long to return. 

Amazing !!!

I was laughing at my home and in ma suggested a walk in the desert: it was a charm. I could never describe this desert landscape but with a hallucinating splendor!! Colours, lights, silenceS. Yes to the plural, I still dream of it! Bed and breakfast in the Desert days and the change was total, even violent. But which brings me back to my ideas and taste of the present time!! To consume without moderation!!
